The problem of ecological environment is a common problem facing the whole world.There have been many researches on ecological civilization in domestic academic circles,but there are only a few studies on the relationship between two ecological civilizations.The researchers did not give a clear explanation of the relationship between the two meanings of ecological civilization.Definition,therefore,both in the sense of ecological civilization,sorting-out the meaning of two kinds of the dialectical relationship between ecological civilization,criticize western postmodern ecological civilization view,to explore China’s ecological civilization construction in how to deal with relations between the two kinds of ecological civilization,and it is very necessary.The core of this study was by identifying components of ecological civilization as a civilization and civilization development in the form of the dialectical role,combining the situation of our country clearly the current ecological civilization construction in our country is in the constantly expanding,as elements of ecological civilization and ecological civilization in the form of the final as a social process.In this process,new industrialization,modernization and ecological civilization construction go hand in hand.Science and technology,new industrialization and modernization provide the technological and material basis for the construction of ecological civilization,and the construction of ecological civilization provides resources and environmental conditions for the realization of the modernization of great powers.The research of this paper will help people to understand the ecological civilization and the socialist ecological civilization concept with Chinese characteristics in a more comprehensive way,and also have some reference value for the coordination of the "five-in-one" construction.
