Camellia oleifera is the unique camellia species of Camellia in China..The oil tea meal(YC)after oil extraction is mainly composed of sugar, crude protein, cellulose, tea saponin and so on.In order to use YC effectively,we applied biomass liquefaction technology to treat YC.Under the liquefying agent and modifier, the components of crude protein, cellulose, sugar and tea saponin were transformed into liquefied products(YYC),which enhanced YC reactivity and processability.By measuring anionic groups, size distribution and so on.explore the effect of the modifier, dosage of modifier, modification method, modification time and other factors on the reaction activity of YYC.Second, the modified YYC replaces some phenol in the phenolic resin to reduce the production cost and the toxicity of phenol to the environment;the optimal replacing phenol is 30%.The performance of YYC-PF resin as a paper surface sizing agent was investigated. It were found that the YYC-PF resin showed better performance in the water resistance of paper and ring crush strength index, and also reduces the sizing cost of the paper. The study also investigated the effect of YYC replaced starch for synthesizing BB emulsion and the YYC as external additive of BB emulsion. The experimental results show that YYC can replace some starch to synthesizing BB emulsion and as external additive of BB emulsion. Finally, the properties of natural surfactants such as tea saponin and tannin in YYC were investigated. The effects of the dosage of YYC and the compound of additives on the performance of foamed plaster were explored. It was found that YYC showed a good foaming effect on gypsum and has a water-reducing effect. It can replace the import of gypsum board foaming agent and exert the function of effective components in YC.
