| The metallurgical industry is an important foundation of the country.In recent years,with the continuous progress of supply-side structural reform,the industrial structure of the steel industry has been constantly optimized,the market environment has been significantly improved,and the industry benefits have increased greatly,showing broad prospects for development.Among them,steel-rolling furnace is widely used in steel rolling process,which is indispensable.Through the real-time and accurate measurement of the billet temperature in the heating furnace,the billet temperature in the furnace can be controlled more timely and the homogeneity of the billet and the change process of temperature rise can be analyzed more effectively,which is of great significance to the optimization and improvement of the heating process and the assurance of the billet quality.At present,due to the advantages of accurate and reliable measurement data,thermocouple has become the most widely used temperature measurement method in the metallurgical industry,which is widely used in the furnace temperature measurement.However,in the application of heating furnace,due to the limitation of contact temperature measurement,thermocouple temperature measurement can only measure the temperature degree of the fixed area of the furnace,roughly calculate billet temperature,there are large fluctuations and uncertainty.Therefore,how to accurately measure the surface temperature of the billet in real time and change"experiential control"to"data control"is of high research value.In order to solve the above problems,based on the.principle of colorimetric temperature measurement,a set of billet temperature monitoring and information sharing system in the heating furnace is designed and developed in this paper,and the billet image in the furnace is directly acquired by the red-outside CCD camera for temperature measurement.This system is connected to the heating furnace PLC.After the heating process parameters are obtained,the real-time temperature of the billet is obtained by combining the infrared image information in the furnace for analysis and calculation.The obtained temperature calculation results and images in the furnace are stored in the FTP server.In addition,the real-time video screen is connected to the internal network through shared memory technology and streaming media video server,so as to realize real-time remote viewing of video screen in the furnace.The investment of the system plays an important role in improving the heating control precision,product quality and information management level.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)The general temperature measurement methods and their classification are briefly introduced.Starting from the non-contact temperature measurement branch,the basic principle of colorimetric temperature measurement adopted by the system is introduced by introducing Planck’s law and other relevant theoretical knowledge.(2)The overall hardware structure and general working process of the billet temperature monitoring system and information sharing platform are introduced,and some of the main hardware are described in detail,such as:red-outer array detector,signal transmission and photoelectric conversion device,image data sharing module,etc.This includes forwarding and transmitting video images through the streaming media video server for remote real-time viewing.(3)With the VS development environment,based on the MFC framework to develop and write the software of the billet temperature monitoring system,described the work process of the system software in this paper,the interface function and user operation in the main program made a detailed description,and established FTP server for data storage,wrote corresponding client for remote access operation;(4)To build a temperature measurement model through processes such as halo compensation and temperature calibration,analyze and modify the model based on the actual situation on site,and then carry out relevant experimental verification.In addition,the communication process between the main program of the system and PLC is introduced in detail.Based on OP.C data communication,L1 server is used to obtain PLC internal heating process parameters,and the billet recognition is combined with PLC parameters for temperature calculation and correction.(5)To enhance the display screen by means of grayscale transformation,pseudo-color processing,image sharpening,etc.,so as to improve the target identification for easy observation;The linear space filter is used to reduce the random salt-pepper noise to get more accurate gray value.(6)Finally,the paper lists out the comparison between the experimental data of the black box and the measured temperature of the system,and gives the result analysis. |
