With the deepening of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to occupy more market share and improve profit margin,many enterprises choose to sell on credit in order to increase their income and form accounts receivable.Although appropriate credit sales can promote enterprises to increase the volume of transactions and attract more high-quality customers,but once the amount of accounts receivable is too high without effective management,it is easy to have a great financial risk.For industrial enterprises with heavy assets such as iron and steel,not only the cash flow within the enterprise is affected,but also the risk of bad debts will be increased,which will eventually lead to the contraction of operating capital,loss and even bankruptcy.China's steel consumption and output have both entered a downward trend,and the steel industry as a whole has entered a "cold winter".Accounts receivable is one of the major difficulties faced by the iron and steel industry,many manufacturers in order to compete for more customers,regardless of credit risk,the accounts receivable has not been effectively managed,defaults between enterprises are frequent,which has a very bad impact on business operations.Taking PY Iron and Steel Company as a case study,this paper systematically studies the problems of management organization,customer credit management and evaluation,internal supervision and management,collection management and performance evaluation,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of PY Iron and Steel Company's accounts receivable.Railway companies to improve the level of accounts receivable management,improve operational efficiency,reduce financial risks and promote enterprises to achieve the goal of maximizing profits to provide a good basis for decision-making.Firstly,this paper theoretically expounds the content,internal control,management risk of accounts receivable,and summarizes the contents of accounts receivable management from the aspects of credit management,organization and so on.Secondly,the paper analyzes the accounts receivable of PY Steel Company systematically from the aspects of scale,age and turnover.Quality problems,from the organizational management,credit management,internal supervision and management,collection management and performance appraisal management of five aspects of the PY company accounts receivable management status analysis;again,the PY company in the organization is unreasonable,quality management is not in place,customer credit management level is not in place.Finally,it puts forward that PY Company should set up corresponding management departments,establish correct target management,improve the level of customer credit management,increase internal supervision and management,improve the collection methods of accounts receivable management,improve the performance evaluation system and so on.Measures.It is hoped that the performance of this paper can help PY iron and steel enterprises to improve the existing problems of accounts receivable,improve the management level of accounts receivable,and promote enterprises to achieve the goal of maximizing profits.
