Research On The Performance Of DT Coal Industry Under The Background Of Supply Side Structural Reform

China's coal market has been severely hit due to the reversal of supply and demand in the coal market and the economic downturn,so supply-side structural reform is the only way out.The research objective of this paper is to study the improvement of performance of individual enterprises under the background of continuous deepening of reform,so as to combine theory with practice and make the enterprise better carry out reform in combination with its actual situation.Therefore,this paper takes DT coal industry co.,ltd.as the object of analysis,and USES the data of the last three years to analyze the changes of its business performance and social responsibility performance before and after the supply-side reform,and proposes countermeasures according to the deficiencies of enterprises in development.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper divides the evaluation content into business performance and social responsibility performance.Firstly,the index is designed,and then the weight of the index is reasonably assigned based on the actual situation of the enterprise.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the three years is calculated according to the weight of the weight meter and the index value of the last three years.Through the evaluation results,comprehensive assessment was carried out on the implementation of supply-side structural reform in DT coal industry.Based on the analysis of the evaluation structure,problems existing in DT coal industry were found,and solutions were proposed,finally providing enterprises with a certain degree of reference.After the thorough implementation of supply-side structural reform,the overall situation of DTcoal industry began to improve and its performance level kept rising.However,there are still someproblems,such as high assets and liabilities,high sales expenses and insufficient investment in research and development.Due to the short time of reform,the available data is limited,and the design and assignment of horizontal indexes are not precise enough.Therefore,the paper may have some limitations.
