Study On Process Management Of Multi-plants Safety And Environment Supervision In A Company

With the deepening of China's economic reform,the China's economy are growing more faster than before,at the same time,people pay more and more attention to the work safety and environmental protection area.Especially after the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the work safety and environmental protection management has been raised to an unprecedented level.This forces enterprises must to change their method in work safety and environmental protection management.They must change the management method from the post-event management to the pre-event supervision,and they must put the work safety and environmental protection management at the key position.also,they should establish a good management system and form a good management mechanism for work safety and environment protection,therefore,they can comply with the work safety and environmental protection laws and regulations.As a joint venture between China and foreign countries,Company A adopts PDCA theory in work safety and environmental protection management as a theoretical basis,and applies it into practice in daily work safety and environmental protection.Company A usually conduct work safety and environmental protection through centralized safety and environmental protection inspection supervision to all factories from March to May every year,the supervision findings will be used to make yearly work plan for work safety and environmental protection.Company A increased the number of factories from 10 to 19 by mergers and acquisitions and reorganization in 2016.The increase in the number of factories directly led to the fact that the progress of work safety and environmental protection supervision can't be completed on time,and needs to be optimized.This thesis mainly focus on studying the work safety and environmental protection supervision,and put forward a method of schedule optimization for Company A.The main work accomplishment is as follows:(1)The main progress problems in the process of multi-plant work safety and environmental protection supervision in company A were summarized and analyzed,and the goal of progress optimization was put forward.(2)WBS is used to decompose the work of work safety and environmental protection supervision in a single factory of Company A,and critical path method is used to optimize the working order and time.(3)Using the linear programming method of traveling salesman program,the travel routes of 19 factories are optimized and the shortest travel time is proposed.By optimizing the progress of multi-factory work safety and environmental protection supervision in Company A,we can confirm that the follow-up annual work can be carried out according to the plan,which can further promote the maturity of work safety and environmental protection management in Company A.
