Morphological fit is a creative method in product design.At the same time,it is a morphological creativity way of thinking.In this paper,we tried to apply morphological fit to the design of ceramic tableware in order to change the status quo of single function and old style of ceramic tableware products.Through the analysis of modern family structure and consumer behavior,it was found that the research on the design of ceramic tableware needed to be integrated with the consumer dining style.In view of these phenomena,this paper introduces the concept of "morphological fit" into the design of ceramic tableware and conducts in-depth research,which is conducive to breaking the inherent thinking of morphological design,and at the same time can enhance the practical value,aesthetic value and experience value of ceramic tableware products.In this paper,by combing the relevant theories of morphological fit,the fit of the two dimensions of horizontal and vertical was summarized.The application of morphological fit in ceramic tableware was summarized by combining the design method of different dimensions and the form of case analysis with the morphological elements of ceramic tableware.In this way,the morphological representation of the ceramic tableware was enriched,and the function of the product was refined,and serialized and packaged to meet the needs of people.Finally,through the combination of market analysis and theoretical exploration,ceramic tableware design practice was carried out by using morphological fit.In addition,two pieces of ceramic tableware design work were designed for the combination of horizontal and vertical dimensions.Its form was creative and also validated the feasibility of the research.Combining morphological fit with ceramic tableware design and exploring it could help to expand the design methods and ideas of ceramic tableware form,enrich designers’ imagination and creative ability,and provid theoretical basis for ceramic tableware morphological fit design. |
