At present,the mine rescue of underground fire in coal mines is recognized to be difficult and dangerous all over the world.Mine underground fire will cause the loss of coal resources and underground equipment,and gas,coal dust explosion and other dangerous accidents,which seriously threaten the national property safety and people's life safety.Especially in recent years,many major safety accidents occurring in coal mines at home and abroad are mostly related to fire.Some symbolic features of fire occur,such as smoke flow,CO,CO2 and other toxic and harmful gases,as well as high temperature.As a measurable index,it can provide a strong basis for determining the state of fire combustion,the location of fire source,and the safety of fire zone closure and unloading.This paper takes the opening work of 22610 working face in Guandi Coal Mine as the research object,studies the theory deeply,combines the classical opening and fire fighting cases at home and abroad,and lays a solid foundation for the opening work.Through field investigation,the CO,CO2,CO,O2,CH4 gas and temperature in the closed fire area of Guandi Mine were detected in the preparatory stage before the fire area was opened.The gas index information was used to predict and warn the fire area and determine the combustion state of the closed fire area.The analysis results showed that the data obtained due to sampling methods and other factors could not ensure the absolute safety of the fire area.Therefore,in order to open the fire area as soon as possible,nitrogen injection treatment is carried out to the fire area,pressure equalization treatment is adopted to the closed wall,so that the concentration of oxygen in the closed area decreases rapidly,ensuring that the fire area has been completely extinguished,and then two long boreholes are constructed at the corner of the air intake of the working face.Through drilling,the samples of CO,CO2,O2 and CH4 in the fire area are extracted and analyzed.The situation in the enclosed fire area of 2610 working face meets the requirements of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".Combining with theoretical knowledge,a scientific and reasonable scheme of opening fire area of 2610 working face is worked out and strictly implemented.After the opening of fire area is completed,gas emission is carried out on the working face.After the gas emission is confirmed by testing,the production of the working face is resumed,and finally the whole fire area is opened smoothly.It also provides theoretical basis and technical support for the extinguishing of fire source and the safe opening of fire area in the future.Figure[34] Table[9] Reference[58]...
