High-voltage and high-power engine has a complex working process,which requires high performance and structure of parts.Connecting rod bushing is one of the important parts of engine.It is connected with piston pin and connecting rod small end,so that connecting rod bushing does not have to contact piston pin directly and avoid wear and tear.When the engine is working,the connecting rod bushing between the small end of the connecting rod and the piston pin is affected not only by friction,but also by the high temperature environment and alternating stress,which has a high requirement for the performance of the connecting rod bushing.As far as engine connecting rod bushing is concerned,the powerful spinning technology is a kind of advanced processing technology at present.The tube products obtained by using this technology are not only low cost,but also can satisfy many kinds of performance of connecting rod bushing.However,the choice of spinning parameters has a great influence on the dimensional accuracy of connecting rod bushing,and then affects the reliability of its application.The principle of uniform design is uniform distribution theory.Its most important feature is "uniform dispersion",which makes it possible to reflect all the test results on the basis of reducing the number of tests.It seeks to do the least number of trials,with the smallest workload,the lowest cost to reflect more test results,so that the tester can get more information.Therefore,on the basis of uniform design test,this paper optimizes the process parameters of powerful spinning connecting rod bushing.In this paper,a certain type of connecting rod bushing with tin bronze as the research object,the 3D geometric model of strong spinning is established by using Pro-E software,and the assembled model is imported into simufact.forming software to establish the finite element simulation model of strong spinning.On this basis,a single-factor test is carried out to obtain the influence of the process parameters(thinning ratio,feed ratio,spindle speed,axial misalignment)on the dimensional accuracy(cylindricity error,wall thickness difference)of the connecting rod bushing.Then,the uniform design test is carried out,and the data of the test results are processed by regression analysis.The order of the influence of the main technological parameters of the strong spinning on the dimensional accuracy of the connecting rod bushing is obtained.Then,based on the MATLAB platform,using the RBF neural network technology and taking the simulation results as the training samples,the prediction model of the size accuracy of the strong spinning connecting rod bushing is established,and the prediction test is carried out,which proves that the prediction precision is high.Finally,the genetic algorithm is adopted,the nonlinear function relation in the prediction model of RBF neural network is used as fitness function,the dimension precision is taken as the optimization objective,and the optimal process parameter combination for the production of this type of connecting rod bushing is obtained.The optimized process parameter combination is verified by practical test,and it is proved that the process parameter combination can be used as a reference for practical production.
