Research On Key Technologies And Equipment For Automatic Detection And Repair Of Surface Defects Of Furniture Wood Blanks

As labor Costs Continue to rise,the furniture industry is in urgent need of on-line detection of surface defects of wood billet and automatic repair technology and equipment to realize machine automation.In order to meet the demand of automatic inspection and repair of wood billet surface defects,the key technologies of on-line inspection and automatic repair of furniture wood billet surface defects based on Computer vision and Corresponding equipment were researched and developed in this paper.Based on the investigation and analysis of manual inspection and repair process,the paper Classified and extracted the features of various defects on the surface of timber,and summarized the repair process system and process parameters and technologies suitable for automatic repair by Clustering.In this paper,a Computer vision-based technology scheme for on-line detection and automatic repair of surface defects of furniture wood billet was Conceived,and the methods of Computer vision detection and location,shape and size measurement of major defects were studied;An online inspection and automatic repair equipment system of wood billet surface defects is designed,which integrates functions of automatic transmission of wood billet,on-line visual inspection of surface defects,repair tool library,serial patch library,automatic selection of digging tools and patch,etc;The Corresponding mechanical structure and system Control system are designed to realize the automation of repairing the surface defects of furniture timber.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of investigation and analysis of manual inspection and repair process,the process parameters and technology of automatic repair of main defects were studied.(2)Conceived based on Computer vision online furniture wood billet surface defect detection and automatic repair technical scheme,design the online furniture wood billet surface defect inspection system,using OpenCV and Python study about wood billet surface defect image processing,the main defects of Computer vision detection location,shape,size measurement method,etc.(3)The online detection and automatic repair equipment were integrated,and the online detection and automatic repair equipment system of wood billet surface defects was designed,which integrated the functions of automatic transmission of wood billet,online visual detection of surface defects,repair tool library,automatic selection of digging tools and patches,etc.The Corresponding mechanical structure and Control system are designed torealize the automation of repairing the surface defects of furniture timber.
