| Based on the large-scale semi-autogenous grinding mill in the No.3 plant of the Zijinshan Copper-copper Mine,this report analyzes the adjustment and the control of the ore size,the selection of process parameters such as grinding concentration and ball filling rate,the various parameters of grid plate,the optimization of cylinder liners’ structure and parameters.At the same time,combined with the Semi-Autogenous Grinding Mills’ lining structure and parameter optimization,as well as the application of high-voltage frequency conversion technology and grinding intelligent system,the Semi-Autogenous Grinding Mills’ feed size is reduced from F80=175mm to 120mm,the concentration is 70%-73%,the ball filling rate is 11%-13%,the lattice plate aperture is 65mm.Also,the Semi-Autogenous Grinding Mills’ processing volume is increased from 2.07 million tons to 2.9 million tons.It is the one of highest level of grinding system in in domestic mining industry.Also,it obtained a relatively mature mining system and the specification of the use of high-voltage frequency conversion technology,expounded and analyzed the principle and application of the grinding intelligent control system,and can adjust the real-time according to the change of working conditions.The number of adjustments is significantly increased,but the amplitude of the adjustment is small,and the overall operation of the device is more stable.Through the above research,the purpose of optimizing the production capacity and flotation process index of SAB system in the No.3 plant,Zijinshan Copper mine is realized:(1)The production capacity of SAG mill is increased from 32184t/d to 40528t/d,and production capacity of Ball Mill is increased from 28728t/d to 35458t/d,exceeding 7.45%than the designed capacity(33000t/d);(2)The particle size of SAG discharging and floating slurry are more reasonable,reducing over-grinding phenomenon,reducing 2.77%of-0.01mm fractional content in SAG productor,decreasing the-0.01mm fractional content in flotation slurry from 21.94%to 15.36%(decreased by 6.58%),and increasing 10.23%of fractional content for easy flotation(-0.15mm+0.10mm);(3)As the same condition of the original ore copper,the copper grade of tailings decreased from 0.047%to 0.043%,which was reduced by 0.004%;the copper grade of copper concentrate increased by 4.12%,and the copper recovery of copper concentrate increased by 1.1%.The optimization effect is better,which plays a good reference for the production and equipment commissioning with similar mines in China. |
