| This paper studied on SBR/OSA process kinetics parameters based on Activated Sludge Model 1,and discuss the mechanism of sludge reduction.The SBR/OSA process was used as the experimental group,and compared with the SBR process,the two sets of devices operated for 230 days,and the stable stage was 100 days later.On the basis of ensuring the stability of effluent from two sets of units,the sludge reduction effect of SBR/OSA process was calculated and analyzed by comparing SBR process with OSA process.The main purpose of this paper is to study the kinetic parameters of the two processes under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the two processes,to compare the kinetic parameters,and discuss the reasons for sludge reduction.At the same time,the corresponding wastewater components were determined.Activated sludge No.1 model was selected to simulate the two groups of processes after calibration by GPS-X model software,so as to ensure the reliability of kinetic parameters.The results showed that:(1)SBR/OSA process and SBR process run steadily,and the effluent quality basically meets the Class A Emission Standard.The apparent sludge yield of SBR/OSA process was 0.2039 g MLSS/gCOD,and that of SBR process was 0.3252 g MLSS/gCOD.The sludge yield of experimental group was 37.3%lower than that of control group.(2)The kinetic parameters of the two processes were determined by batch OUR method.The heterotrophic bacteria yield coefficient YH of SBR/OSA system is 0.8192,which is slightly larger than that of SBR system YH 0.8012.There is no significant difference between the two groups in YH.The maximum specific growth rate of heterotrophic μmax bacteria in SBR/OSA system was 5.6418d-1 and that in SBR system was 5.1517d-1.The attenuation coefficients bH of the two processes are obviously different.The bH of SBR/OSA system is 0.3678d-1,and the bH of SBR system is 0.2077d-1.YH and μmax of SBR/OSA process are slightly higher than those of SBR process,and the parameters are not very different,which has little relation with sludge reduction.The bH of SBR/OSA process is 1.8 times that of SBR process,which is the main reason for sludge reduction.(3)Through Lawrence-McCarty equation,the kinetic parameters determined by the two processes were simply checked.The results show that the calculated results of SBR/OSA process are 15.1%different from the experimental results,while the SBR process is 17.7%.Generally speaking,the kinetic parameters measured are more reliable.(4)A simple extended MANTIS model based on Activated Sludge Model 1 in GPS-X simulation software was used to simulate the two processes dynamically.The corrected simulation results show that the simulated TP of SBR process is quite different from the actual results,probably because the reaction process of phosphorus removal is not included in Model 1,and other indicators are close to the actual results.The simulation results of SBR/OSA process are in good agreement with the actual results,and the simulation effect is very good.The better simulation results show that the determination of process kinetics parameters of the two groups is more accurate.Based on Activated Sludge Model 1,the measurement methods of model and parameters are relatively simple,but the simulation effect after correction is very good.The reason of sludge reduction is found preliminarily,which has a good reference value for the follow-up study of the kinetic parameters of sludge reduction in OSA process. |
