The rapid pyrolysis oil of forest biomass has the advantages of renewable,low nitrogen and sulfur content and little pollution,and has the potential to replace fossil fuels for heating fuels.However,due to the high oxygen content,low heating value,strong acidity and thermal instability of pyrolysis oil,the industrial application of pyrolysis oil as fuel has been impeded.The aim of this paper is to reduce the oxygen content and improve the quality of pyrolysis oil,and the pyrolysis oil was upgraded by catalytic hydrogenation.In this paper,the reactor and experimental platform of catalytic hydrogenation were designed.The effects of different catalysts and catalytic hydrogenation process conditions for catalytic hydrogenation products were investigated,the suitable process of preparing bio fuel by catalytic hydrogenation was obtained and the pHysical and chemical properties of the obtained bio fuel were investigated;The catalytic hydrogenation reactor was optimized and the optimization scheme was verified.The main conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The batch reactor for catalytic hydrogenation was selected asthe experimental reactor,the basic parameters is,the effectivevolume 500mL,rated temperature 350?,rated pressure 30MPa,mechanical mixing method,the highest stirring speed 1000r/min.According to the requirements of catalytic hydrogenation process,the catalytic hydrogenation reactor was designed and checked,at the same time the catalytic hydrogenation experimental platform was designed.(2)The NiMo/Al2O3-Pd/C combinated catalyst was proposed for the catalytic hydrogenation of pyrolysis,The oil yield,coking rate,oxygen content,H/Ceff and high heating value etcetera overall effect of NiMo/Al2O3-Pd/C combined catalyst is better than that of single catalyst NiMo/Al2O3 and Pd/C,the catalytic hydrogenation cost is reduced and the catalytic hydrogenation process is simplified.(3)The NiMo/Al2O3-Pd/C combined catalyst of the optimal process conditions are as follows:NiMo/Al2O3 and Pd/C catalystmixed ratio 3/65,the initial pressure 8MPa,the reaction temperature 325?,The H2O2 added amount of the reaction substrate 8%,under this condition,the oxygen content after catalytic hydrogenation was reduced to 14.97%.The basic physical and chemical properties of bio fuel are good,and the combustion performance is excellent.(4)The yield of catalytic hydrogenation oil was improved by nearly one times,and the oil quality was not decreased.The optimized reactor was able to realize continuous production and the work efficiency has been greatly improved.
