Abstract/Summary:
As a new type of motor speed control system,the switched reluctance motor drive control system(SRD)has obvious advantages in energy saving compared with other speed control systems.In addition,since the switched reluctance motor has many other advantages including high efficiency,low cost,simple structure,small starting current,large torque,and the like.It has ignited the research enthusiasm of relevant professionals in the world,resulting in a wider application range of the switched reluctance motor drive control system.The background of this design research originates from the cooperation between enterprises and research institutes,mainly on the optimization and transformation of air-jet loom drive system.The traditional air-jet loom drive system relies on asynchronous motor plus frequency converter to achieve normal operation,both in efficiency and in The cost of the drive system cannot be achieved.Considering the advantages of the switched reluctance motor speed control system,the feasibility of applying this system to the air jet loom is comprehensively analyzed,and the successful application of the switched reluctance motor speed control system on the air jet loom is finally realized.According to the technical docking record and for the applicable occasions and cost requirements of the air jet loom,a 3.7KW,four-phase 8/6 pole switched reluctance motor and supporting controller are designed.The article first introduces the switched reluctance motor speed control system and the air jet loom.The whole system design is divided into two parts: hardware design and software design.The main work of the hardware design part includes analyzing and calculating the internal parameters of the motor body and designing the power converter.Topological structure and parameter calculation of switching devices,selection of position detectors,design of main control circuits and selection of related components.The software part includes the research of the control algorithm and the construction and analysis of the software flow chart.The code is written in C language.After completing the design and making the physical object,the experimental test platform was built to test and debug the parameters of the motor operation.After the test was passed,the air-jet loom drive system was installed at the project site,and the installation test results were up to standard,which confirmed the feasibility of the project.Compared with the traditional loom drive system,the data verification efficiency of the switched reluctance motor speed control system isverified,and the development cost of the drive system is also reduced.
