Three-dimensional graphene materials utilize the porous properties of three-dimensional material and the high specific surface area of graphene,it has known as a kind of material with high potential value.Today,hydrothermal method with template and CVD methods are main methods to prepare the three-dimensional graphene material with high structure order level,while these kinds of methods are limited by their high cost and complex schedule.The hydrothermal method without template was utilized to prepare the three-dimensional graphene materials,the items were made with graphene oxide water solution,with the assistance of carbon nanotubes and transition metals ions(Ni2+and Mn2+),coupled with the assistance of the polymer(PPY)to enhance the three-dimensional graphene materials.The three-dimensional graphene materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),Raman spectrum(Raman),electrochemical test and so on.The structure and electrochemical properties of the three-dimensional graphene materials were characterized by the characterization methods above.The research results showed the issues:(1)the multi-system graphene materials can be composited controllably with the simple hydrothermal method,the structure and performance of the three dimensional graphene materials can be tuned by the hydrothermal temperature and time;(2)with the multi-wall carbon nanotube as the modify agency,with the 1/6 ratio of CNT/GO,the structure and performance of the three dimensional graphene electrodes can achieve the peak electrochemical performance,the specific capacitance of 1061.73 F/g can be obtained plus the synergistic effect of the Ni2+;(3)the three dimensional graphene electrodes performance can be enhanced by the transition metals ions and PPY,the impact results might because of the transition metals ions crystalline structure and the electrochemical factors,the specific capacitance of the three dimensional graphene materials modified by nickel sulfide and manganese compound is 814.71 F/g and841.05 F/g;(4)with the matrix materials of the modified three dimensional graphene,the asymmetric supercapacitor presented brilliant performance:the power density of11.9 kW/kg can be achieved at energy density of 2.389 Wh/kg,the power density of309.0 W/kg can be achieved at energy density of 10.06 Wh/kg.
