As an efficient means to prepare nanofibers,electrospinning has been widely used in various fields,especially in the field of food packaging.In this study,different electrospinning processes were used to prepared pullulan-based nanofiber membranes.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectra(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were performed to characterize the microstructure and properties of the fibers.The interaction in component of the membrane were analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the further application of the nanofiber membranes.The results are as follows:1.Polyvinyl alcohol/pullulan polysaccharide(PVA/PUL)nanofiber membranes with different mass ratios were successfully prepared by electrospinning technology.Morphology and characteristics of the fiber membrane were compared and analyzed.The results showed that different polymer mass ratios in PVA/PUL affected fiber diameter,uniformity and adhesion.The fiber diameter decreased with the increase of PUL in spinning solution.Hydrogen bond is formed between the components of PVA/PUL nanofiber membrane,which hinders the formation of crystals.The thermal stability of nanofiber membrane with different ratio has little difference.The morphology and properties of PVA/PUL(7:3)nanofiber membrane in the mixture ratio were good.It was found that the interaction between PVA and PUL was enhanced by electrospinning.The preparation of PVA and PUL blend electrospinning nanofiber membrane with appropriate proportion can not only effectively improve the morphology of PVA fiber,but also reduce the spinning cost of pullan polysaccharide.2.The tea polyphenol-loaded nanofiber membrane based on pullulan was successfully prepared by uniaxial and coaxial electrospinning.In uniaxial electrospinning,the nanofibers loaded with lower tea polyphenols content were thinner than the pullulan polysaccharide fiber.With the increase of tea polyphenols content,the fiber diameter gradually increased and exceeded the diameter of pullulan fiber.In coaxial electrospinning,the fiber diameter decreases with the increase of tea polyphenol concentration.In the nanofiber membrane,the interaction between tea polyphenols and pullulan hinders theformation of crystal structure.Different tea polyphenols concentration had little effect on the thermal stability of the membrane.Pullulan nanofiber prepared by uniaxial and coaxial electrostatic spinning have different abilities of carrying tea polyphenols.Compared with the casting film,nanofiber film is better regularity and more uniform grain size under the effect of electrospinning technology.
