| Coal energy is one of the main energy sources in China.The mine shaft tower and belt conveyor corridor are important tower industrial buildings in the mine industrial sites.With the scale of mine construction getting larger and larger,the intensity and depth of excavating mining are increasing accordingly.As vertical shaft deepened and volume of lifting increased.The shaft tower constructed at home and abroad to adapt the multi-rope friction wheel lifting system has been widely used.For the diggings,the ground subsidence resulting from the needs of production and life,groundwater extraction,long-term load,unbalanced forces and other factors,causes different levels of settlement in the headframe foundation and ground buildings.The impact of this uneven settlement brings about serious consequences:First,causing the change of the relative position of pit-head facilities and wellbore,and even damaging the wellbore equipment;Second,causing the ground building walls such as pit-head rooms and winch houses to crack,as well as the deflection of the shaft tower.This will lead to deviations in the relative geometric relationship of the lifting system,which brings serious hidden dangers to the safe production of the mine.In this paper,the status of uneven settlement of building structure foundation as well as the background and significance of this research are summarized.The paper,taking Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine as research background,combines the existing monitoring data of the main and auxiliary shaft towers with the belt conveyor corridor settlement,the following is mainly carried out:First,the various factors causing the long-term settlement of the well tower and the corresponding hazards are introduced.Meanwhile,the settlement monitoring networks for the main and auxiliary shaft bottom columns are established,including the layout of the reference points,working points and observation points,the selection of the leveling line and the preprocessing of actual measurement data.Second,according to the long-term settlement monitoring theory,technical methods and various final settlement prediction methods based on measured data,the existing settlement data are analyzed and compared;Third,the paper studies the settlement relationship between the shaft tower and the belt corridor before the underground hydrophobicity and after.In addition,the finite element analysis software ANS YS is used to simulate the main shaft tower of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine to establish the numerical calculation model.This paper applies ANSYS to analyze the displacement deformation and force under four kinds of uneven settlement working conditions.Therefore,the conclusions of the influence of uneven settlement on structural deformation,internal force of the structure and the weak force part can be safely drawn,which provides a scientific basis for further accurate detection and later reinforcement project.Figure[69]table[15]reference[64]... |
