Hydrogen energy,as a new clean energy after fossil fuel energy,it will eventually become an important energy in the process of human development history.In the past,most hydrogen was produced from fossil fuels such as coal and oil etc.This method produces low yield of hydrogen and causes environmental pollution.In addition,the waste gas containing a large amount of hydrogen produced in the production process is usually burned as fuel or burned into fire by torch,resulting in the waste of a large amount of hydrogen energy.This article introduces the Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA)of hydrogen production plant,which has the characteristics of simplicity of technological process,high product quality,low production cost,little environmental pollution,extensive adaptability of source gas and simple and flexible system operation and the like.The process has become a common method used by hydrogen producers to produce hydrogen.Firstly,this article introduces the status and development of hydrogen production technology,control system at home and abroad and the meaning of doing this research.Then it introduces Pressure Swing Adsorption of hydrogen production and the process of regeneration of PSA,making a list of three control equations and discussing the algorithm of sequence control chart as an emphasize.And then it analyses the sequence control scheme in detail.When the adsorption tower in the system needs to be overhauled or needs to stop the operation of the tower because of the malfunction of valves,the operation of switching the tower will be carried out.When the adsorption tower overhaul is completed,the operation of adding more adsorption towers will be done.While the operation of adding towers or switching towers is running,according to the pressure state of each tower,find the best time to cut out or cut into the timing sequence,so as to ensure the small pressure change in the tower and stable production of the system.And it simply introduces the pressure slope control scheme in the stage of adsorption regeneration in adsorption tower in order to secure the pressure requirement of every stages and increase the recovery rate and purity of the system.Secondly,it introduces the configuration of PKS according to the control requirements of pressure swing adsorption of hydrogen production for the completion of monitor and control of procession parameters.And it emphatically discusses the strategy configuration of system's normal timing,timing of switching towers and timing of adding tower,the strategy configuration of slope pressure control with timing and the configuration of process flow diagram.In addition,according to the characteristics of timing control,some function buttons were added in the process of drawing the process flow diagram.By the function buttons in station,the effective control can be done for control system of hydrogen production plant.Finally,the overall debugging and testing confirmed that the periodic switching of valves in the hydrogen production control system was completely consistent with the timing table,meeting all the requirements of the system design.PKS system control of hydrogen production device effectively improve the automation level of the pressure swing adsorption,making the process of Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA)was accurate,effective and stable.so recovery rate of hydrogen in the feed gas has been greatly improved,at the same time,effectively improving the hydrogen purity and meeting the requirements of process design of energy saving and consumption reducing.
