| The compound research of the oil field anti-oxygen corrosion inhibitor is mainly carried out from the oleic acid imidazoline and the deoxidizer hydrazine.This paper investigate and analysis model of oleic acid imidazoline and I~-,sulfocarbamide and sodium benzoate,and the ideal corrosion inhibitor compounding and filling scheme is determined for the conventional addition,pre-filming treatment and the filling process in the case of corrosion products.(1)According to the combination of deaerator and inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 87.24%when the temperature at 60℃,dissolved oxygen content 10.35 mg/L,48 h,the mixture of deaerating agent and inhibitor is used by 1:1 about 300ppm.It has the best corrosion inhibition and economy.(2)In order to study the compound model,the synergistic adsorption model of 1.5%potassium iodide based on I~-as the base and the detomidine corrosion inhibitor showed a small amount of high-efficiency corrosion inhibition performance.The best use condition is that the temperature is lower than 80℃,the pressure is not higher than 10MPa,the pH is between 6and 10,and the corrosion inhibition stability is the highest when the calcium ion concentration is lower than 20000 mg/L.(3)For the pre-film and corrosion products in the case of the treatment process.The best corrosion inhibitor is 5 times of corrosion inhibitor and 10 times of conventional dosage of pre-coating oil solution additive.For corroded pipeline such as P110 material,uniform and dense corrosion product film has a certain protective effect on steel,but N80 and 20#steel have poor effect.The process of adding corrosion inhibitor after atomization is the first choice.For the pre-film treatment process,the spray-type pipe cleaner pre-film process is selected,and the injection-injection process is the best for the conventional injection process. |
