In the 21st century, with the accelerated development of industrialization and informatization, oil,as the"golden"pillar of national development, has been applied in many aspects. The rapid increase of oil consumption also leads to a large amount of oil field sewage, which carries sulfide,if not treated, will cause great harm to the ecological environment, production safety and human health. In this paper, sulfur ions in oilfield wastewater are mainly treated by oxidation method to oxidize them into harmless elemental sulfur or high-priced oxy salts. On the basis of reducing pollution, the transformation of pollutants to resources can be realized. The influence factors and effect evaluation of different oxidants on sulfide treatment were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were determined. To maximize the removal rate of sulfur ions.?1?treatment of sulfur ions in oilfield wastewater by hydrogen peroxide oxidation. The experimental results showed that the initial concentration of simulated water was 25.6 mg/L,the pH value was 8,the hydrogen peroxide and sodium sulfide?molar ratio?were 5.1:1,the reaction time was 40 min,the reaction temperature was controlled at 30?,the removal rate of sulfur ions by hydrogen peroxide could reach up to 96%,and the removal rate of sulfur ions by catalyst calcium mn-4 reached 99.97%when the addition amount of calcium Mn-4 was6%.?2?using sodium sulfite as oxidation treatment condition for sulfur ions in oilfield sewage. The experimental results showed that the initial concentration of simulated water was40.1mg/L,pH value was 5,Na2SO3/Na2S?molar ratio?was 0.8:1,reaction time was 30 min, reaction temperature was 30?,the removal rate of sodium sulfite on sulfur ions could reach95.55%.When the catalyst calcium Mn-4 was added at 8%,the removal rate of sulfur ion by sodium sulfite under the action of catalyst could reach 99.98%at the highest.?3?sulfur ion condition in oilfield wastewater was treated by sodium persulfate oxidation. The experimental results showed that the initial concentration of simulated water was 75mg/L,the pH value was 8,the molar ratio of sodium persulfate and sodium sulfide was1.2:1,the reaction time was 30 min,the reaction temperature was 35?,the removal rate of sodium persulfate on sulfur ions could reach 96.11%.When the catalyst calcium Mn-4 was added at 4%,the removal rate of sulfur ions could reach 99.99%.?4?when the initial pH value of the simulated water was 7,the molar ratio of triazine and sulfur ions was 1.4:2,the reaction time was 10 min,and the reaction temperature was 40?,the removal rate of sulfur ions reached the highest 99.20%.The corrosion inhibition rates of three triazine desulfurizers at concentrations of 200 mg/L,400 mg/L,600 mg/L,and 800 mg/L were investigated. It can be concluded that the corrosion inhibition rates of the three triazine desulfurizers on steel plates were further increased with the increase of the desulfurization dose. When the maximum concentration of triazine desulfurizer reaches 800 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rates of triazine 1,triazine 2 and triazine 3 respectively reach 92.86%,97.62%and 93.65%.
