Rural Health Reconstructions In Republic Of China(1927-1937)

This paper mainly studies the rural health construction in the Republic of China from 1927 to 1937.Correlate the different responses of the national government and the Communist Party of China to the health situation in rural areas,the author urges people to deeply understand the correctness and historical inevitability of the CPC’s choice of the people’s health concept,and the great significance of the health policy implemented by the CPC after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Based on time as the main line,around the village health problems,in addition to the introduction,main part covers five chapters: the first chapter the background of the construction of rural health in the 1930 s,no corresponding system from the Republic of China,rural health organization before,since the health system reform in late qing dynasty penetration effect and early Republic of China,there is a huge demand for medicine and health care in three aspects.The second chapter discusses the development of rural health organizations in the Republic of China,mainly from the beginning,development and dropout of rural health construction.The third chapter describes the specific activities of rural health construction.This paper discusses the implementation of medical diagnosis and treatment,prevention of statutory infectious diseases,improvement of environmental health,implementation of health education,school health,focus on maternal and infant health and health publicity,family health,birth control,smoking and drug control,etc.Chapter four discusses the effectiveness and deficiency of rural health construction in the period of the Republic of China.Firstly,the author introduces the achievements of rural health construction in the period of the Republic of China from three aspects: the improvement of medical environment,the prevention of infectious diseases to a certain extent,and the correction of unhealthy sanitary habits to a certain extent.Secondly,the author explains the deficiency of rural health construction in the period of the Republic of China from six aspects: the level of rural people’s understanding,the shortage of talents,the economic condition of wither,the unsound political system,the regional differences and the narrow class position of the national government.The fifth chapter introduces the contemporary value of rural health construction in the period of the Republic of China.From the four aspects of "public medical system" to cooperative medical care,the extension of the activity of sending doctors to the countryside by tour medical care,the three-level medical care system from the experimental nature to the comprehensive promotion,the enlightenment healthmovement to the development of the national health movement,this paper demonstrates the rural health construction in the period of the Republic of China,and deeply understands the health construction mode of the communist party.Based on the current,looking back to history,this article try to during the period of the Republic of China for the construction of rural health theory and practice in the whole course of Chinese modern history,carding and mining and the connotation of its own development,rural health through before and after the founding of the kuomintang and the communist party construction results contrast,further understanding of the people’s health,from the period of the Republic of China rural medical and social history development course,deeply understand the correctness of the construction pattern of leadership of the communist party of China health care and the historical inevitability,especially for today’s health cause rural health construction provides a historical reference.
