At a time,when computer communication technology kept developing and innovating,the method of data transmission will be updated and developed in oil-gas fields.In the process of digital oilfield gradually developing to intelligent oilfield,more efficient and safer communication protocols have become the core issue of data transmission in oilfield measurement and control systems.This thesis applied POWERLINK protocol to data transmission between RTU and PC,Firstly,this thesis analyzed the problems of data transmission between RTU and PC in oil field and discussed the superiority of using POWERLINK as the transmission protocol.Furthermore,the characteristics of POWERLINK and its network structure were explained,and the scheduling mechanism of POWERLINK data link layer and the application mode of object dictionary,PDO data object and SDO data object of application layer were analyzed in detail.Then,aiming at the structural distribution map of the oilfield site and the common topological structure of the oilfield network,the model was simulated by OPNET to obtain the suitable topology for oilfield networking.Finally,by analyzing the features of the openPOWERLINK protocol stack and its implementation in Linux user space and kernel space,the application programs of POWERLINK master station and slave station are selected in user space,and the communication packets between master station and slave station were captured by wireshark software of capturing packet.According to the analysis of the obtained data packets,It shows that POWERLINK can transmit data stably and reliably in the measurement and control system,and its data transmission is efficient and basically achieves the expected research goals.
