The extruder is an important equipment for the processing of titanium and titanium alloy profiles.Isothermal extrusion is the key extrusion process to ensure the quality of the products,and the extrusion speed is the most important factor affecting the isothermal extrusion.Therefore,it is of great significance to research on speed control technology of isothermal extrusion for 25 MN extruder.Firstly,the process characteristics of 25 MN extruder equipment were analyzed.According to the control requirements of extrusion temperature in the production of titanium and titanium alloy profiles,the isothermal extrusion speed control requirements were determined,and the isothermal extrusion speed control system based on fieldbus was designed.Program.By analyzing the relationship between extrusion temperature and extrusion speed,the automatic matching and setting of extrusion speed under isothermal extrusion conditions is realized.On this basis,isothermal extrusion is established for the process requirements of titanium and titanium extrusion.The mathematical model of pressure speed control,and the design of isothermal extrusion speed control strategy based on Fuzzy-PID control.Using Profinet,Profibus,RS485 field bus structure,the main controller S7-1500 PLC realizes the automatic detection and control of the extrusion speed and extrusion temperature during the extrusion process;the control system man-machine is developed by the fully integrated automation software-TIA Portal,The interface realizes the function display,data display and setting,process curve,alarm and other functions in the process of extrusion control,and improves the operability of the isothermal extrusion speed control system.The actual operation and data analysis of the isothermal extrusion speed control system of 25 MN extruder show that the control system can ensure the control precision of the extruder die temperature is ±10 °C,and realize the extruder under the control of isothermal extrusion speed.The extrusion process and process parameters are stable,and the extrusion efficiency is improved.The system plays an important role in improving the quality of extrusion profiles and extrusion production efficiency of titanium and titanium alloys,and has certain application value in the field of related rare metal processing.
