The rapid development of China's technology and economy has promoted the automobile industry grow.China has become the world's largest automobile production and consumption market for five years.However,behind the prosperity,there is still a significant gap between developed countries in automobile manufacturing.It is not only reflected in cutting-edge technology,but also in production technology and management.As the core goal of lean production,safety and quality are one of the serious problems in the current automotive production process.In this paper,the safety problems caused by fatigue and quality problems caused by the human identification errors of stud welding will be researched in welding shop.For the safety problem caused by the fatigue of stud welding operation,fatigue operation experiments are carried out in this paper.On the basis of traditional subjective evaluation,EEG signal technology based on ICA technology is introduced to monitor workers' EEG signals.It mainly analyzes the power spectrum of Fz channel of EEG signals,objectively evaluate the fatigue state,and establish a fatigue evaluation model based on mental factors.Make a Poka-Yoke design based on mitigation principle in the welding operations,compare the evaluation scores,workers' fatigue has been significantly improved by Poka-Yoke solution.For the quality problems caused by the quality control worker's identification error,in this paper,the Anfimov table is used to carry out the research for simulation experiment,determine that the operation fatigue is the main factor for the quality inspection worker to make mistakes.According to the Poka-Yoke principle combined with advanced machine vision inspection technology,the stud welding inspection method is improved,and the purpose of welding production error prevention is achieved.In this paper,the EEG signal analysis is added to the job fatigue evaluation model,which makes the evaluation model more systematic and accurate,and provides the operation fatigue Poka-Yoke design.The application of machine vision to the Poka-Yoke technology reflects a green,high efficiency and economy Poka-Yoke,which provide a new idea for Poka-Yoke design.
