Oil spill pollution accidents occur frequently due to the large increase of oil transport volume and tanker scale.Offshore environment is extremely vulnerable to oil spill,which brings huge loss to residents' life and economy.At the same time,the oil terminal is a necessary place for the import and export of oil products.In this paper,based on the gas chromatography technology combined with the characteristics of oil spill monitoring in ports and terminals,the MOFs is used to design and prepare adsorption materials with high gas concentration and high efficiency of oil spill detection.The high concentration adsorption materials have good adsorption performance for the spilled gas,which improves the detection efficiency and accuracy of spilled oil.In addition,by improving the adsorption materials in the oil and gas separation system,the metal-organic framework materials with strong adsorption ability for oil and gas spill were selected to further improve the accuracy of detection and shorten the detection cycle of the system.The main research work is as follows:(1)Study the development of oil and gas separation system in the detection of oil and gas spill at harbor port,analyze several commonly used oil and gas separation methods and basic principles,and conduct theoretical research in combination with the characteristics of the port terminal.(2)Prepare a variety of metal organic frame adsorption materials,and optimize the pore structure and specific surface area of the materials through nitrogen adsorption and desorption performance test.(3)Optimize and modify the water stability of mg-MOF-74 adsorption material applied to the oil spill detection in the waters of harbor port,and design the Mg-MOF-74 adsorption material with high efficiency,high water stability and the ability to quickly and accurately separate the characteristic gas in the oil spill sample,so as to improve the detection efficiency of oil spill.Mg-MOF-74,MIL-101(Cr)and MIL-53(Al)were prepared as metal-organic framework materials.By comparing the adsorption properties of Mg-MOF-74,a highly concentrated adsorption material with a large specific surface area and good performance,was selected and applied to the oil and gas separation technology.Based on the hydrophobic modification of Mg-MOF-74 by boron nitride nanomaterials with different mass ratios,it is concluded that 1wt% h-BN@Mg-MOF-74 has the strongest water stability.
