The CFETR(China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor)fusion reactor is a very cumbersome device consisting of many systems and components.As a core component of the fusion reactor,the cladding has the functions of proliferation,conversion energy and shielding radiation.Since the cladding is in a strong magnetic field environment,the electromagnetic force has a great influence on the cladding,and electromagnetic analysis is of great significance for the safety and reliability of the cladding and its support.The electromagnetic load supported by the cladding backplane is primarily the load due to the induced current under transient conditions.This paper designs and analyzes the backplane support based on CFETR water-cooled lithium lead cladding.First,the WCCB blanket of CFETR was used for the back-plate support design.Analytical models including magnet system,plasma,blanket module and backplate support were built using CATIA software,and static analysis of the blanket backplate and support model was performed using ANSYS software.Calculate the equivalent stress,temperature distribution of the blanket backplate and support.Based on the blanket 1/16 sector structure model.In this paper,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the electromagnetic properties of the blanket backplate and the support under transient conditions.Taking into account the influence of the material,the magnetic field,induced current,electromagnetic force and moment acting on the backplane and support of the blanket are obtained,which provides a source of load for the multi-physics coupling analysis of the blanket backplate and the support.The support design module is designed to facilitate the researcher to complete the analysis and design work of the support,and provides the researchers with three basic functions of design,engineering analysis and design report.These features are built on a WCCB blanket to meet the internal requirements of the module.This paper discusses the background and ideas of support design in more details.And for the optimization tasks existing in the actual engineering design,the strength,heat and electromagnetic analysis involved are introduced in detail.It proves the feasibility andeffectiveness of the support design.
