| As PM2.5,formaldehyde and other harmful material growing In the interior people have begun to pay attention to this indoor air pollution,they research out of the air purifier,dust removal equipment,adsorption device.To a certain extent,they can purify indoor air,but in the economic,beautiful,practical quality,they can not meet the requirements of people.Among them,it is a good way to absorb these harmful material by raising the green plants.It can adsorb harmful material composition in the air,and can makebeautify the environment beautifilly,also can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen in the air.Without using automation intelligent methods,however,the"plant wall" technology is faced with a problem,needing more manpower and material resources and time and energy to care these plants.To solve this problems,this paper studies and designs an intelligent control system,plant wall can be cared through the control system.People can pay more attention into work,can breathe the fresh air at the same time.Based on functional requirements analysis of intelligent plant wall system,put forward the overall design,and scheme analyzed of the sensor system,drive circuit,LED dimming system,communication system,finally the specific function was achieved by hardware and software designing.In this paper,the main function of the smart control system of plant wall is as follows:(1)It can collect growth environment parameters of the plant wall:this paper the design and use the temperature,humidity,water,C02 concentration and light intensity sensor to collect growth environmental parameters of the plant,such as temperature,humidity,C02 concentration and light intensity.(2)It can change the growth environment parameters of plant wall:this paper design and use the LED lights,fan,water pump,three kinds of controlled unit to change the environment of plants,such as it can change the plant of temperature,humidity,light intensity by lighting,can change plant temperature,humidity,C02 concentration by the fan,can change plant humidity,provide moisture and nourishment to plants by the water pump.(3)Parameters can be configured,threshold setting:the main functions of this design is to set the threshold parameter,such as time parameters,and the environment;(4)It can to control the growth environment parameters of the plant wall,this paper designed three kinds of control mode,manual mode,timing,and automated testing environment control mode.The user can control through the button unit in the manual mode;the user set the time to control the controlled unit in regular pattern;Automated test environment control model the parameters of the test environment first,and then compared parameters and thresholds set by the user to control the controlled unit.(5)LED dimming:in this paper,PWM control LED dimming system,can provide different duty ratio of light intensity and temperature.(6)Data communication,this paper designed a local communication by USB and remote communication by GPRS,to configure the system parameters,the threshold parameter,read plant historical environment data,update system program.(7)At the same time also has other functions,such as data storage,system time setting,fault alarm,etc.Through intelligent test,the design of intelligent control system of plant wall can control the growth of plants,solve the problem of no humanized care,the system is safe and reliable,easy to operate. |
