In order to explore the prevention and control technology of heavy metal pollution,this paper studied the absorption and enrichment of Cd and Hg in soil by using'Laiwu Dajiang'as a test material,and discussed the physiological effects of applying silicon fertilizer to alleviate Cd and Hg stress of ginger and its products.The impact of security.The main findings are as follows:1.At the seedling stage of ginger,Cd?1 mg/kg and 2mg/kg?and Hg?1.5 mg/kg?had no significant effect on plant growth and related physiological metabolism,but with the prolongation of treatment time and Cd and Hg levels.The growth of ginger decreased and the physiological metabolism was significantly inhibited.By 120 d,the fresh weight of ginger roots decreased by 9.1%and 19.7%compared with the control at 2 mg/kg Cd and 6 mg/kg Hg.When 1 g/kg of silicon fertilizer was applied under the stress of 2 mg/kg Cd or 6 mg/kg Hg,the fresh weight of ginger rhizome increased by 14.3%and 16.9%,respectively.The growth of ginger plants also significantly improved the quality indicators such as gingerol and volatile oil.2.With the increase of soil Cd and Hg levels,the contents of Cd and Hg in the organs of ginger plants increased,but the content of Cd and Hg in roots was higher,the roots were second,the stems and leaves were lower,and the contents of Cd and Hg in the same organs were ginger.mother rhizome finger>primary rhizome finger>secondary rhizome finger,main branch>first side branch>second side branch,main branch>first side branch>second side branch.The application of silicon fertilizer can significantly reduce the Cd and Hg content of various organs of the plant.For example,2 g/kg silicon fertilizer is applied under the level of 2 mg/kg Cd.The Cd content of mother rhizome finger,primary rhizome finger and econdary rhizome finger respectively from 0.2566,0.1070,0.0580?g/g,reduced to 0.186,0.069,0.029?g/g,with a decrease of 27.6%,35.5%,and 51.2%.At the level of 6 mg/kg Hg,the application of 2 g/kg silicon fertilizer increased the Hg content of mother rhizome finger,primary rhizome finger and secondary rhizome finger from 0.18,0.028,0.009?g/g to 0.058,0.011,0.005?g/g,the decline was 45.8%,60.7%,44.4%,respectively.3.External application of silicon fertilizer affects the absorption and transfer of Cd and Hg by ginger under Cd and Hg stress.Under Cd stress,low concentration?1g/kg?silicon fertilizer treatment had no significant difference in Cd accumulation in the aboveground part of ginger.High concentration?2g/kg?silicon fertilizer treatment significantly inhibited the transfer of Cd from the underground to the aboveground.Under mercury stress,the primary transfer coefficient of 1g/kg and 2g/kg silicon fertilizer treatment decreased by 15.9%and33.7%compared with the control.4.Under the stress of soil Cd and Hg,the chlorophyll content and light energy utilization efficiency of ginger leaves were significantly higher than that of the control.Under the stress of 2 mg/kg Cd,the application of 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg silicon fertilizer,ginger rhizome The chlorophyll content of the leaves in the inflated period increased by 13.9%and 24.5%compared with the control.The leaf photosynthetic rate increased by 15.1%and 26.9%at11:00,respectively.At the same time,the application of silicon fertilizer significantly enhanced the chlorophyll photochemical efficiency of the leaves.There is a similar trend in the application of silicon fertilizer under Hg stress.5.Under the stress of soil Cd and Hg,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased rapidly and then decreased rapidly during the whole growth period.The trend of 120 d was significantly lower than that of the previous period.Si2>Si1>Si0 was used in the whole ginger growth cycle,and the difference between treatments was especially significant at 120 d.Among them,2 g/kg of silicon fertilizer was applied under the stress of 2 mg/kg Cd,and SOD,POD and CAT were compared.45.5%,47.8%,55.3%were increased,and 2 g/kg of silicon fertilizer was added under the stress of 6 mg/kg Hg.SOD,POD and CAT were increased by41.6%,69.7%and 86.1%compared with the control.At the same time,the addition of silicon fertilizer reduced the leaf MDA,O2-.,H2O2 and proline content.
