With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the oil smoke pollution that produced by food processing kitchen has become one of the important factors that affect air quality.This paper is based on a new type of wet impinging stream oil fume purifier designed by ourselves.This paper first introduces the basic structure of oil fume purifier and the purification principle applied to it,then analyzes its actual structure to establish three-dimensional numerical simulation geometry model,and adopts the Euler-Lagrange method to do the simulation calculation.To ensure that other parameters are constant,the flow field law of the gas phase and liquid phase in the purifier at different bottom spray droplet flow is studied.The velocity of gas phase in the area above the bottom nozzle in the purifier becomes larger.The gas phase pressure increases from bottom to top in the purifier.With the increase of the spray droplet flow,the average residence time of droplets coming from the left side and the bottom spray droplets in the purifier decreases.To ensure that other parameters are constant,the flow field of the gas phase and liquid phase in the purifier at different gas phase velocities is studied.The gas phase velocity in the area above the bottom nozzle in the purifier and in the upper right area is larger than that in the other areas.When the gas phase enters the purifier,the bottom gas phase pressure decreases and the gas phase pressure above is increased.With the increase of gas velocity,the average residence time of droplets coming from the left side in the purifier does not change much,the average residence time of the bottom spray droplets in the purifier is increasing in general.To ensure that other parameters are constant,the flow field of gas and liquid in the purifier with different particle diameters is studied.When the liquid particle diameter is 50 and 100?m,at the bottom of the purifier area above the nozzle gas velocity will increase obviously.When the liquid particle diameter is 200 and 300?m,gas velocity field in purifier is more uniform compared to the liquid particle diameterof 50 and 100?m.The gas phase pressure gradually increases from the bottom to the upper in the purifier,at the same time the pressure field appears to be more uniform when the liquid particle diameter is 200 and 300?m.With the increase of liquid particle diameter,the average residence time of droplets coming from the left side in the purifier does not change much at the beginning,when the particle diameter increases to 300?m,the residence time has a greater reduction,the average residence time of the bottom spray droplets in the purifier is gradually reduced.At the end of this paper,the methods used to determine the performance of the oil fume purifier are introduced and the results are analyzed.It shows that the export concentration and purification efficiency of the 80%,100% and 120% air volume conditions all meet the requirements of the standard.
