The self-repairing of concrete was a kind of technology to repair cracks intelligently,which could solve the crack problem of concrete very well.Self-repair of cracks could improve the service life of concrete structure and prolong the use period.Therefore,the study of concrete self-repair was of great significance.At present,the self-repairing research of concrete was relatively novel,and it could carry out crack self-repair actively and in time,which was of great significance to crack control.In order to explore the calculation formula of concrete self-repair,this paper first studies the influence and correlation of crack size on the self-repairing effect of concrete,and on the basis of this,puts forward the calculation study of the repair effect of self-repairing concrete,and verifies its reasonable reliability and applicability to different specimen size,loading form,crack width and repair device form.Specific research covers the following three areas:(1)In order to study the calculation formula of self-repair,the design and preparation of the test specimen are first carried out in this paper.This paper analyzes the causes of concrete cracks,the mechanism of self-repair and the factors affecting the repair effect,and designs the mix ratio of concrete specimens,determines the repair and use of adhesives and selects and makes the repair device.(2)In order to study the influence and correlation of crack size on the self-repairing effect of concrete,7 shear tests of the built-in repair tube concrete test block with crack width of 0.5 mm,1.0 mm,1.5 mm,2.0 mm,2.5 mm,3.0 mm were designed.The strain range generated by the failure of the bonding force of the gel was calculated by the tensile strength and elastic modulus range of the gel,which was used as the standard for the failure of the component repair.Control the load stop point by controlling the width of the crack.The relationship between crack width and repair effect was studied by experiments.(3)In order to study the calculation formula of self-repairing concrete repair effect,and verify its reasonable reliability and could be applied to different specimen size,loading form,crack width and repair device form,this paper puts forward the calculation formula of repairing effect through theoretical analysis,designs 10 sets ofconcrete matrix specimens of different sizes and forms,and by controlling the crack width of cracks,The concrete repair test of different loading forms(bend and shear)was carried out to verify the reasonable reliability of the calculation formula.In this paper,the repair effect takes the experimental value of cracking load as its bearing capacity,and the strain range produced when the bonding force of the colloidal fluid was calculated by the tensile strength and elastic modulus range of the gel was used as the criterion for the failure of the component repair.The accuracy of the calculation formula was verified by comparing the experimental value with the calculated value.
