Objective: To study the noise pollution impact on human health of body and mind of the threshold,looking for noise pollution can damage tissues and organs of the body factors and interventions to prevent injury in Wistar rats as experimental object,choose under standard of city regional environmental noise 0 class noise stimulation,the observation noise pollution effects on the digestive system,reproductive system,in order to further study and study the mechanism of noise pollution on human health effects to provide the reference basis.Methods: SPF Wistar rats were treated with 30,60,80 dB noise stimulation intensity,or intervention measures were given first,and then the same noise stimulus was given,blood compositions,sex hormone levels,the digestive and reproductive systems organization related gene expression levels of each group rats were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent(ELISA).Results: 1.On the 15 th day after continuous SPF Wistar rats were treated with 30,60 and 80 dB noise stimulation,the weight of rats in the noise stimulation groups were decreased by 25.10%,28.30% and 28.87% compared to the control group,respectively.2.After 30,60 and 80 dB of noise stimulation,the level of noradrenaline(NA)in the blood of rats were increased by 28.64%,59.82% and 79.09%,respectively,compared with the control group.The level of noradrenaline in the reserpine group decreased by 14.88%compared with the control group.Luteinizing hormone(LH)leve lwas increased by38.51%,83.08% and 99.52% compared with control group,respectively.FSH increased was by 24.18%,75.16% and 94.12%,respectively.Estradiol(E2)was increased by21.56%,47.90% and 64.67%,respectively.Prolactin(PRL)was increased by 27.76%,68.28%and 89.59%,respectively.Testosterone(T)level was decreased by 13.47%,32.04% and39.82% compared with control group,respectively.The blood glucose level was increased by15.93%,27.47% and 47.25%,respectively,triglycerides was increased by 7.76%,24.27% and69.91%,respectively,amylase was decreased by 17.30%,26.25% and 29.33% globulin level was increased by 8.87%,16.87% and 31.72%,respectively,albumin was increased by 7.04%,12.67% and 26.31%,respectively,total bilirubin was increased by 36.28%,63.25% and79.24%,respectively,creatine kinase was increased by33.09%,41.66% and 55.48%,respectively,creatinine was increased by 13.92%,27.61% and 52.29%,respectively.urea increased by 8.17%,32.03% and 47.93%,respectively,compared with the control group.3.After 30,60 and 80 dB noise stimulation,the expression levels of c-fos,hsp-70 and Bax genes in the thalamus of the rats were increased by 30.88%,51.55%,76.62%,48.31%,81.46%,91.85% and 48.31%,81.46% and 91.85%,respectively,compared with the control group;the liver tissue were increased by 24.09%,61.75%,84.64%,49.52%,81.25%,93.27%,33.44%,54.87%,62.98%,respectively;kidney tissue were increased by 21.28%,56.85%,76.68%,47.24%,88.12%,94.47%,10.73%,33.08%,45.62%,respectively;testicular tissue were increased by 19.55%,56.37%,93.48%,63.91%,78.59%,88.38%,20.68%,67.74%,73.81%,respectively,compared with the control group.Conclusion: The experimental results showed that the levels of c-fos,hsp-70 and Bax genes in thalamus,liver,kidney and testicular tissues were significantly increased after 30,60 and 80 dB noise pollution,resulting in liver,kidney and testicular function damage and changes in blood protein,blood glucose,triglyceride,enzyme,creatinine,urea and total oligonucleotides.The change of sexual hormone level,bring about animal sexual function disorder,appear infecund Infertility.Reserpine can reduce or exhaust noradrenaline level and interfere with the damage of noise pollution to the body.The results suggest that noradrenaline is the main factor in the body injury caused by noise pollution.Any noise stimulus(30 dB)lower than class 0 standard of environmental noise in urban areas can cause body damage.The experimental results provide a reference for the revision of noise pollution standards.
