Research On Coupling Coordination Of Shaanxi Agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society System

In recent years,the level of all-round economic and social development in China has gradually improved,bringing opportunities and challenges for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.Under this background,Shaanxi has gradually explored a new path of agricultural development.Local governments have issued a series of policies and plans to promote the coordinated development of agriculture,so as to improve the quality of life of farmers and promote employment.Most of the existing studies focus on the coordinated development between agricultural economic and ecological environment,but few of them focus on the research of the combination of social factors in agricultural development with the construction of agricultural economy and ecological environment.Based on this,this paper takes Shaanxi agriculture as the research object,taking it as a complex system which covers different fields related to development of agriculture,and chooses agricultural economy,ecology and social development to further study the process of coordinated development,transformation and upgrading of Shaanxi agriculture.Based on the theory of system science,the theory of optimum allocation of resources and the theory of coordinated development,through combing the relevant literature and policy system at home and abroad,this paper further analyzes and summarizes Shaanxi agricultural economic subsystem,ecological subsystem,social subsystem and their coordinated development status.The coupling model is selected to quantify the comprehensive development level of each subsystem and coupling coordination degree of Shaanxi agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society system from 2006 to 2017,and the data of the next five years are predicted by using GM(1,1)model.The DEA model is used to calculate the coordinated development effect of every subsystem,the two subsystems and the complex system respectively.According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis results of the coupling coordination of Shaanxi agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society system during the research period,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: improving the level of Shaanxi agricultural economic development,strengthening the ability of agricultural ecological protection,and giving full play to the role of agricultural social subsystem in promoting the coordinated development of Shaanxi agriculture.The main conclusions of the article are as follows: Firstly,the comprehensive development level of agricultural economic and social subsystems in Shaanxi Province has shown an overall upward trend,while the level of agricultural ecological subsystem in Shaanxi Province has shown a considerable decline during the research period.Secondly,the coupling degree of Shaanxi agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society system is extremely high,and the coupling coordination degree is in the transition stage from primary coordination to intermediate coordination,which has not realized the effective utilization of the highly coupling relationship among the three subsystems.Thirdly,according to the results of DEA analysis,Shaanxi agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society system has not reached the optimal production frontier of input and output in most years.Finally,combined with the research results and the actual situation of agricultural development in Shaanxi,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the agricultural Ecology-Economy-Society system in Shaanxi are put forward,which can provide practical basis and case reference for the study of the coordinated development of agriculture in Shaanxi and similar regions.
