In recent years,with the development of computer technology and digital technology,the application of image in grinding wheel condition detection is more and more frequent.Traditional image management methods are scattered and unsystematic.They can not add tags to images.They are very weak in image tagging management and resource sharing.Web-based image management system can solve these problems well,making the application and management of images more convenient and efficient.Firstly,starting from the research background and significance of the subject,this paper discusses the significance of establishing image management system of grinding wheel surface topography,introduces the research status of image management system and grinding wheel surface topography evaluation parameters;secondly,the grinding wheel topography evaluation parameters are screened,and based on this,the grinding wheel topography image feature database is established;secondly,the current mainstream Web system is introduced.The technology of the system is analyzed and selected,and the technology stack for developing the grinding wheel profile management system is built.The technology stack of Apache+MySQL+PHP+Javascript is determined.In the system implementation process,the system first analyzes the requirements,including system use case analysis,functional requirements analysis,development environment analysis and non-functional requirements analysis,taking into account the user type,usage requirements and performance requirements of the system.Secondly,according to the system requirement,the overall architecture of the system is designed,and the functional sub-modules are divided,including picture browsing,uploading and searching.The functions of auditing,user management,auditing and so on.For different types of users,multi-level management authority is designed to ensure the effective management of the system.Then the database design is carried out,the database E-R model diagram is designed,the database tables are established and the relationship between tables and tables is determined.Finally,the implementation of each functional sub-module is described in detail,and the implementation logic and front-end operation pages are given.Aiming at the performance requirements of the system,from the front-end point of view,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the system performance in the process of running from the three aspects of Web working principle,HTTP protocol parsing and browser rendering mechanism.Firstly,by adding Expires header,compression component and lazy image loading technology,the overall response speed of the page is improved.Then the diff algorithrm is proposed,and the principle of diff algorithm is analyzed.The practicability of diff algorithm in this system is discussed.It can refresh the page locally and improve the response speed.Finally,the application of diff alsgorithm in this system is realized.
