Evaluation Of Jiayuguan Ecological Safety Based On P-S-R Model

Ecological safety evaluation can provide the necessary basis for government decision-making,urban planning and ecological environment management,and mastering the urban ecological security situation through ecological safety evaluation is the prerequisite and necessary condition of urban ecological construction,which has important guiding significance for urban ecological construction.In this paper,the stress-state-response model is used to evaluate the ecological security of Jiayuguan in the 2007-2017,to analyze the changing trend of ecological safety index,and to analyze the main influencing factors affecting the ecological safety of Jiayuguan by using principal component analysis method.Finally,according to the influencing factors and the current situation of ecological environment,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve ecological security.The paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)In the 11 years of 2007-2017,the Jiayuguan ecological safety index generally showed a fluctuating trend,in between 0.533-0.607,in a small range of changes,the safety phase from Ⅳ level to Ⅲ level,the level of ecological security has been improved,and the pressure index has risen first and then declined,The highest value was reached in 2011,the ecosystem pressure increased at the end of the evaluation,the state index fluctuation increased,the ecosystem state level increased,the response index continued to increase,and the ecosystem response was enhanced.(2)The highest ecological safety pressure index,the center of the state index,the lowest response index,the pressure of human economic and social activities on the ecological environment compared with the state of ecological environment and the response is small,and the level of ecological security state is closely related to the ecological security pressure in the 11 years.The ecological security state is mainly affected by the ecological safety pressure,and the actions and measures taken by the whole society in improving ecological security during the 2007-2011 have effectively reduced the ecological environment pressure,and the response measures such as ecological construction and policy encouragement during the 2012-2017 can not effectively reduce the population growth,The ecological safety pressure caused by the excessive construction land and the economic downturn of the big environment has increased.(3)The main influencing factors of ecological security in Jiayuguan are resource factors,industrial factors and environmental factors.The resource factors affecting the ecological security of Jiayuguan are mainly the pressure of water resources and land resources,the pressure of water resources comes from the shortage of resources and the low efficiency of water use,and the pressure of land resources comes from the harsh land use conditions of Gobi desert beaches,the proportion of industrial land and the per capita construction land area is too large;The influence of industrial factors on ecological security for Jiayuguan the single economic structure dominated by the iron and steel industry is weaker,more pollutants are emitted by industry than major,and there are many obstacles to the transformation of industrial structure.The influence of environmental factors mainly comes from the frequency of extreme weather such as pollutant emission,landscaping degree,natural disaster,etc.The quality of the Habitat environment also represents the quality of the tourism environment and the investment environment.(4)Based on the previous research results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of ecological security,including the classification of soil erosion,focused management,rational development and utilization of water resources,optimization of industrial structure layout,comprehensive remediation of remaining mines,and promotion of institutionalized construction.
