Triazolopyridines are widely found in active molecules in the fields of materials,pesticides and pharmaceuticals.A large number of triazolopyridine derivatives were reported with antibacterial,antidepressant,anti-inflammatory and anti-valerium properties.After summarizing the relevant synthesis methods,we found that there are still many disadvantage,such as multi-step reactions requiring intermediate treatment processes,the use of metal catalysts and expensive reagents.Compounds with aggregation-inducing effects have developed rapidly since they were discovered,but most of the compounds currently available are derivatives of tetrastyrene,hexaphenyl-thiopyran,tristyrene,tetraphenylpyrazine and 9,10-Bis-(2,2-diphenyl-vinyl)-anthracene.And the synthesis of them requires more intermediate processes with hard reaction conditions and purification process.The second chapter introduces a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines.Aldehyde were chosen to be as material or metal was required to catalyze the aromatic heterohalide in the most of conventional methods,which is unstable and the substrate is limited.Ordinaryly,the construction of C-N bonds require the metal to catalytic.This method uses I2/TBHP combination to avoid metal residue.The material we used is stable and easy to obtain,and the reaction conditions is mild.[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines were obtained by using 2-methylquinoline and 2-mercaptopyridine as raw materials,potassium carbonate is as base,and dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent at 80 degrees Celsius under air conditions in this method.This method are suitable for different 2-methylaromatic heterocycles,and the corresponding compounds can also be obtained in a good yield for the 2-mercaptopolynitroheterocycle.In addition,this approach provides new insights into the synthesis of pharmaceutically active scaffold results.In the third chapter,we introduce a method for synthesizing a series of small organic molecules with simple structure and high fluorescence quantum yield in solid state.And we studied the reasons for their differences in properties through single crystal.Small molecule are potential for practical applications due to their simple structure and the possibility of further modification.Although a large number of AIE/AIEE materials have been reported,most of them have disadvantage of complicated structure,multi-step synthesis route,and low total yield.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new small molecule AIE/AIEE materials through concise synthesis methods.Here,we synthesized five compounds in a high yield by one-pot process without solvent and catalyst.In addition,this series of compounds with molecular weights below 230 have AIEE properties and its solid-state fluorescence quantum yields up to 0.75.The luminescent color can be easily adjusted by changing the substituent on the aromatic ring.The study of the arrangement of individual molecules reveals that the weak hydrogen bond interaction and the ?…? interactions and the planarization of the solid structure in the solid state are the reasons for the high emission yield,which indicating that the optical properties of organic fluorescent material can be controlled efficiently and conveniently by changing and controlling the conformation and packing of the molecules.
