With the rapid development of China's economy, the urbanization process has accelerated, and real estate construction has been carried out on a large scale.Renovation is one of the important construction links for the construction of new houses. At the same time, there is a growing need for the masses of houses to gradually improve the comfort and aesthetics of living conditions, and the dilapidation of new homes has become popular. With the renovation of old houses and the renovation of new homes, the amount of garbage generated is very amazing.Taking a typical site as an example, this paper studies in detail the spatial distribution and physical and chemical properties of the storage and decoration garbage in the informal decoration garbage dump, the impact on the soil and groundwater environment, and clarifies the characteristic pollutants, the extent of the impact, the degree and the impact. The factors provide a typical demonstration for the future investigation of such sites, and provide basic parameters for the relevant departments to control and control the renovation of garbage. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The investigation area was originally a natural gully in the mountain. After September 2014,it was dumped with a large amount of muck and decoration garbage. The slag was dumped in the north of the site, and the decoration garbage was dumped in the west of the site. The contaminated subsoil with a depth of 2 m covered by the garbage dump is about 58385.5 m3.According to the local control detailed planning, the survey area has been planned as an ecological leisure land.(2)The decoration garbage has complex components and various types, and the ratio of silicate materials to lime soil is high.At the same time,it contains harmful wastes and less recyclable materials. The technology of“Three-oriented”is more difficult, costly and has certain Dangerous. The decoration garbage can release heavy metal elements outward under certain conditions. In the decoration garbage leaching solution, seven kinds of pollutants such as Lead,Zinc,Nickel,Strontium,Cadmium,Selenium and Arsenic are detected, and Nickel exceeds the standard.(3)Excessive levels of Arsenic,Nickel and Lead in the soil of the site,Zinc,Copper,Mercury,Chromium,Cadmium and PAHs(Naphthalene,Anthracene,Phenanthrene,Fluoranthene,Anthracene,Pyrene,Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene,Benzo[ghi]perylene)did not exceed the standard, arsenic, nickel, lead exceeded the standard. The concentration of Arsenic is in the range of 0.005?158 mg/kg,the range of exceeding the standard is 0?6.9 times, and the sampling depth exceeding the standard is 0.3?20.8 m.The Nickel concentration range is 2.5?230 mg/kg,the over-standard multiple range is 0?1.88 times, and the sampling depth exceeding the standard is 0.5?10.5 m.The Lead concentration ranged from 0.05?1460 mg/kg,the excess range was 0?2.65 times, and the sampling depth exceeding the standard was 1.5?11.9 m.The release of heavy metal elements from the decoration garbage is an important reason for the excessive heavy metals in the soil.(4)The groundwater quality in the survey area met the“Good”standard, and no accumulation of decorative waste was found to cause an increase in groundwater PAHs in the survey area.Recently, the storage and decoration of garbage has not caused pollution to the groundwater environment. However,if it is not disposed of in time, after a long period of time, the storage of the decoration garbage will inevitably pollute the groundwater.
