The vibration drawing and crimping forming process is a condition for adding vibration to the die blanking ring during the deep drawing process,and generating a vibrational variable blanking force,so that the part blanks have some processing characteristics which contribute to the deep drawing during the processing..In the existing theoretical research,there are two basic effects on the mechanism of vibration plastic forming,namely the body positive effect and the surface area effect.Many researchers have conducted ultrasonic vibration drawing on aluminum,stainless steel and other flat-bottomed deep drawing parts,but the deep drawing forming limit and drawing quality of carbon steel spherical bottom drawing parts under low frequency vibration In particular,the deep drawing study of the vibrational compression side force exerting vibration on the die ring is currently relatively rare and lacking.In order to explore the influence of vibrating variable pressure side force on the deep drawing of ball-bottomed carbon steel deep drawing parts,the comparative experiment of vibrating variable pressure side force deep drawing 08 F and 10 F materials was designed:simulation analysis by Dynaform software,Theoretically,the influence of the vibrational pressure side force on the sheet material during the drawing process was investigated.The circular slab blanks of different diameters were subjected to the vibrational transformation and side force deep drawing forming experiments,and the forming limit was observed,which was verified by comparison with the simulation results.Its main content:(1)The vibrating variable pressure side force drawing forming die used in the experiment was designed.(2)For the 08 F and 10 F materials,58 mm,60mm,62 mm,64mm,66 mm five different diameter specifications of the blank,the frequency of 0,5Hz,10 Hz,15Hz,20 Hz,25Hz,30 Hz DYNAFORM simulation simulation experiment And analyzed the simulation results.(3)Through the deep drawing experiment of the two kinds of deep drawing process parameters with 10 Hz vibrational pressure side force and no vibration variable pressure side force on the blanks of 08 F and 10 F materials,some vibrations are obtained.The influence of variable pressure on the actual drawing process,and the conclusion of some simulation experiments.
