The leakage of the brine is a loss of natural loss,which directly reflects the impervious performance of the plate and dam of the salt field,and restricts the production of the salt field and the economic benefit of the enterprise.Salt pan is an important facility for potash fertilizer production.It has many functions,such as brine storage,sun drying,adjusting,brine blending and so on.Generally,the bottom plate of the non film salt field is compacted by the natural clay layer.Under the general condition,the salt field floor can be controlled to about 0.7 ~ 0.8mm/d of the brine leakage rate.But even if the leakage rate of 0.7mm/d is large,there is still a lot of brine loss for large area of salt pan.The loss of brine,on the one hand,reduces the production capacity of the salt field per unit area and increases the cost.On the other hand,the storage of the mineral resources such as potassium and lithium is limited,and the loss of resources will have a great impact on the service life of the mine and the ability of resources supply.On the basis of the results of the screening of anti seepage materials in small salt fields,the paper carried out the related experimental research,made the corresponding evaluation on the anti seepage effect of the HDPE film,and verified the adaptability of the HDPE film to the actual operation of the salt field and the production operation.According to the research results,using HDPE geomembrane membrane to prevent seepage can significantly reduce the leakage rate of salt field.By analyzing the geological conditions and the characteristics of the brine water in Lop Nor,based on the successful screening of the suitable membrane materials,the research results are applied to the large-scale production of salt fields.Through the actual production test data obtained in the operation of the salt field,a comprehensive evaluation of the seepage prevention effect of the anti seepage material is made.In the first round of the inflow 3 test,the average leakage rate in the stable period was 1.60mm/d,and the second round of water was observed,and the average leakage rate in the stable period was 1.62mm/d.The first round influent observation of 13 and 14 of HDPE film bottom was observed.The average leakage rate in the stable period was 0.37mm/d,0.32mm/d,and second rounds of water observation.The average leakage rate in the stable period was 0.42mm/d,0.30mm/d respectively.Compared with the non paving 3 test salt field,the water leakage rate of the first,second rounds of the salt paving film in No.13 was decreased by 76.9% and 74.1% respectively.The seepage rate of the first,second round inlet of the 14 test salt paving film decreased by 80% and 81.5%,respectively,and the effect of seepage prevention was obvious.At the same time,the construction technology and the operation process of the salt field,the construction technology requirements,environmental conditions,production adaptation conditions and so on are summarized and evaluated,in order to provide the basis for the final decision of using the technical scheme in the production of a larger area of salt field.
