The prebaked anode serves as the heart of aluminum electrolysis,which is sufficient to prove its importance to electrolysis;and forming production is the most important process in the production of prebaked anode.However,the technical formula of production plays a decisive role in producing quality products and therefore the accuracy of the forming batching scale will eventually determine the quality of prebaked anode produced.The automatic batching system evolves with the development of science and technology and,nowadays,the automatic batching system has been widely applied in industries such as metallurgy,cement,building materials,pharmaceuticals,chemical engineering and tobacco.Among the industries where automatic batching is applied,most of them depend on their own weighing control instruments for control.The most direct way of controlling the batching scale is to create a small difference between instantaneous flow and set flow of each batching scale system so as to enable the batching system to deliver stable instantaneous flow without resulting in excessively large and small amount of materials,and in this way,products manufactured based on formula are quality products.With the batching scale system of the carbon factory forming workshop of Fushun Aluminum Co.,Ltd.as the background,this paper proposes an upgrading scheme based on deep analysis of the forming batching scale in view of a number of problems of previous forming batching scales in the process of production,such as inability to execute linkage start in the central control system and low growth accuracy.The scheme mainly includes:(1)Considering that the forming batching scale cannot execute linkage start in the central control system,the forming batching system is integrated into the central control PLC for linkage control and HMI is employed to monitor the operation of the equipment so as to reduce the occurrence of production accidents.(2)In order to ensure weighing accuracy,appropriate pressure chip type resistance sensors are adopted to replace the previous digital sensors.(3)Regarding the problems of batching scale control accuracy,substantial difference between instantaneous flow and set flow during production and poor adjustment capacity,the batching scale control part is re-designed with DISOCONT system instrumentation adopted;and the designed bin weight control system and flow control system are described respectively in detail,thereby increasing the batching scale control accuracy,reducing the difference between instantaneous flow and set flow,enabling the entire control system to adjust instantaneous flow in a real-time manner to meet production technical requirements,reducing formula fluctuation,increasing batching accuracy and eventually improving prebaked anode quality.Through re-design and upgrading of the forming workshop,it effectively solves the quality fluctuation caused by excessive batching deviation during forming production,the batching scale control accuracy problem and the central control linkage start problem,thus significantly improving the product quality.
