This thesis takes the vacuum crimper and filling process of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)filling into container as the research object and setting up the model of rotary vacuum filling equipment after analyzing the basic parameters of filling.In this equipment,because of the sealing medium is volatile,flammable and easy to explode,so need to research the sealing performance of the mechanical seal in the rotary union and the O-ring in the filling process.This paper include the following research contents:Firstly,setting up the model of rotary LPG filling equipment.Taking the vacuum crimper and filling process of LPG filling as the research object and setting up the model of rotary vacuum filling equipment after analyzing the basic parameters of filling.This is a platform for research on sealing performance.Secondly,the statics analysis of the mechanical seal rings.The model of the mechanical seal rings is established in the finite element analysis software.Then,the static analysis of the mechanical seal rings is done by using the isolation method and the integral method.And getting the deformation trend and stress of the mechanical seal rings.Thirdly,the steady temperature field analysis of the mechanical seal rings.The frictional heat and the density of heat flux and the heat transfer coefficient are calculated.Then,analyzing the temperature field of the mechanical seal rings and getting the temperature.Fourthly,the thermal-mechanical analysis of the mechanical seal rings.Analyzing the thermal-mechanical of the mechanical seal rings and getting the deformation trend and contact of the mechanical seal rings.Then,comparing the results of statics analysis and thermo-mechanical analysis,the influence of heat on the deformation of seal face is analyzed.The effect of the spring pressure and sealing material on mechanical seal performance was studied.Finally,the effect on sealing performance of O-ring by the compression ratio and seal medium pressure.This part regard the O-ring in the filling process as a research object,study the Von Mises stress and contact stress of O-ring under different compression ratio and seal medium pressure.And get the curve of the maximum Von Mises stress and contact stress of O-ring.
