million tons.Every year,refining and chemical enterprises will produce a large amount of “ three kinds sludge” in the process of treating industrial wastewater generated by enterprises themselves.The characteristics of the " three kinds sludge" determine that it is difficult to deal with,even if it is costly,affecting the efficiency of the enterprise.As “Three kinds sludge” enters the national catalogue of dangerous chemicals,and the state is increasingly strict with the management of hazardous chemicals,“Three Mu” has become a difficult problem for refining and chemical enterprises,especially for old enterprises such as Jingmen Petrochemical.The problem of " three kinds sludge" is even related to the survival of enterprises.The Diesel spiral sludge dewatering machine(referred to as the stacking screw machine)has been applied to the municipal sewage treatment plant to treat biochemical sludge.Therefore,it is considered to use the stacking screw machine to deal withthe “ three kinds sludge” to solve the problem of the refining and chemical enterprises.The " three kinds sludge" of the stacking screw machine is mainly studied through two experiments:1.The first-phase experiment mainly studies the dewatering effect of the scum treated by the stacking screw machine,and whether it has a good dewatering effect.Studying the effect of the medicament on the treatment of the stacking machine,determining the use category of the medicament and the concentration of the medicament by experiment,and obtaining the analysis data of each product after the dewatering of the stacker;2.The ability of the stacker to treat sludge and residual activated sludge was verified by the second phase experiment.Understand the impact of different oil content in the raw materials on the stacking machine,product forming ability and various analytical data.Further drying with quicklime,study the calorific value of the product,and judge whether it can dry the "three kinds sludge" by coal burning combustion treatment.The experimental research shows that the effect of “ three kinds sludge” in the treatment of the stacking screw is better,and the purpose of reducing the water content and meeting the water inflow index of the sewage field is realized.After the " three kinds sludge" treated by the stacking screw machine is dried by the quicklime,the moisture content ofthe product is further decreased.The burned test was carried out on the dried three kinds sludge,and it was also verified that it had a higher combustion heat value.The dried " three kinds sludge" can be incinerated by mixing with coal and have high economic value.On the basis of the experiment,the technical scheme,process flow and operating parameters of the “ three kinds sludge” treatment of the stacking screw machine were determined.The main process is as follows: “Three kinds sludge” is processed by a stacking screw machine and sent to a mixer for stirring and drying by a screw conveyor.The dried product is mixed with coal and mixed with coal.To achieve the " three kinds sludge" treatment purposes: reduction,harmless,and resource.The “ three kinds sludge” experiment <800mg/L,SS≤200mg/L,all achieved good results.5.The stacking machine has low processing cost.The operation of the stacking screw is very low,because it has a filter structure that is not easy to cause
