In recent years,the Zhejiang Provincial Government has vigorously promoted the environmental protection project of "five-water co-governance",in which the treatment of sewage is the focus of the whole environmental protection project.Zhejiang Province is famous for its numerous rivers and lakes,and the water environment control of the river basin has become the most important part of environmental protection projects.The development and improvement of water quality monitoring technology is the first link of sewage treatment.The normal or not of water quality monitoring data directly reflects the quality of water,and has a significant impact on the implementation of relevant water environmental protection measures by water quality supervision departments.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the terminal of river basin water environment monitoring for the protection of water resources and even the protection of ecological environment.Aiming at the need of water environment monitoring,the terminal of river basin water environment monitoring is studied and developed.The monitoring terminal is composed of hardware monitoring node and data display client.It realizes on-line monitoring of water temperature,pH,conductivity,dissolved oxygen and turbidity with five parameters of water quality.Different from the traditional water environment monitoring system,this design introduces a model for detecting and repairing abnormal values of water quality monitoring data,which overcomes the drawbacks of cumbersome manual calibration data and low accuracy of manual repairing data in traditional water quality monitoring,greatly improves the supervision efficiency of the system,and has great practical value.This is the innovation of this design.For the design of hardware circuit,the lower computer system takes STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller of ARM company as the core,cooperates with power supply module,data storage module and data transmission module,and designs multi-type sensor data transmission interface,realizes water temperature,pH,conductivity,dissolved oxygen and water environment monitoring terminal of river basin jointly.Front-end acquisition and data transmission functions of five types of turbidity water quality parameters.For the design of terminal software platform,the upper computer software system is deployed in Aliyun remote server,MySQL database is used as data storage center,and a Web client based on SSM integrated development framework is designed to realize centralized supervision of the terminal of river basin water environment monitoring.In this paper,an improved Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)model and Particle Swarm Optimization-Least Square Support Vector Machine(PSO-LSSVM)model are proposed for the research of outlier detection and repair algorithm for water quality monitoring data.These two models can effectively improve the accuracy of detection and repair of abnormal water quality data.A complete set of water environment monitoring terminal for river basin has been developed finally,which realizes the collection,transmission,display of water temperature,pH,conductivity,dissolved oxygen and turbidity as well as the detection and repair of abnormal monitoring data.After testing,the designed and developed water environment monitoring terminal has normal function and stable operation,which meets the expected design requirements.It has important reference value for the technical advancement in the field of water environment monitoring,and has important practical significance for the early prevention and protection of water environment pollution in the basin.
