In this experiment, the soil was tested in the region of Shanxi province, using a variety of passivation materials for treatment, rapeseed and maize were planted in potted plant, and the first two crops(crop and second stubble corn)were planted to continue planting with rapeseed(the fourth stubble).soil and plant detection of heavy metal speciation and distribution, the purpose is to select suitable for local soil heavy metal passivation materials, for heavy metal contaminated soil remediation provides a reference. The research results show that:(1)Different passivation materials have improved the pH of soil, and compared with CK,the Significantly increased is humic acid,attapulgite,zeolite.(2)The effect of different passivation materials on soil organic matter is not significant.(3)By planting rapeseed and corn, the effects of 9 passivating materials on the changes of Cu and Cr Tessier in soil were different. That is,humic acid, attapulgite, bentonite and fly ash have significant passivation effect on the exchangeable Cu.The calcium superphosphate has a significant passivating effect on carbonate conjugate Cu.The calcium superphosphate has obvious passivation effect on the exchangeable Cr.Zeolite and chicken feces have obvious passivating effects on carbonate binding Cr,while the other forms of Cu and Cr have no significant passivating effects.(4)The results of MF of Cu and Cr show that the bioavailability of 9 kinds of passivation materials on Cu and Cr is not significant.(5)The results of effective Cu and Cr show that, the significant passivation effect on the effective state Cu after corn planting is chicken manure, bentonite;the Significant effect of effective State Cr is that SSP and bentonite;he passivation effects of Cu and Cr were not significant in the other forms.(6)The analysis of the dry weight of rapeseed and maize shows that the fly ash and SSP can significantly promote the growth of rapeseed, but the straw charcoal and attapulgite significantly inhibit the growth of rapeseed. After planting corn, the treatment of maize growth did not achieve significant results.(7)Analysis of SPAD and reducing sugar contented of chlorophyll in rapeseed and maize showed that 9 kinds of passivation materials have no significant effect on the chlorophyll of rapeseed, and the most significant effect of maize chlorophyll is SSP,bentonite, fly ash and straw charcoal. The effect of 9 kinds of passivation materials on the reducing sugar content of rapeseed is that the fly ash,Attapulgite and SSP have no significant effect on the content of reducing sugar in maize. In conclusion, zeolite and chicken manure have significant passivation effect on carbonate-bound Cr,humic acid, attapulgite, bentonite and fly ash have significant passivation effect on exchangeable Cu.SSP has significant passivation effect on carbonate bonded Cu.The passivation effects of MFCu and Cr were not significant compared with CK,and the activation of Cu and Cr in soil was not inhibited by 9 kinds of passivation materials. All treatments significantly increased the content of Cu,which was different from that of the first crop, and all the treatments except zeolite had a significant decrease in Cr content in maize, which was consistent with the results of the second crop of maize. The study provides a reference to the reasons for local heavy metal soils.
