This project has developed a three-layer composite material for automotive interiors.The middle layer is PP/GF/Jute composite sheet.Polypropylene fiber,glass fiber,and jute fiber were used as raw materials to utilize non-woven needles.The PP/GF/Jute needled felt is processed by the thorn process,then dried in an oven to melt the polypropylene,the glass fiber and the jute are bonded together,and then the PP/GF/jute sheet is formed by a cold pressing process,through the test and analysis of relevant performance,the research show the optimal process parameters for production and processing;the upper and lower layers are three anti-hemp/polyester needle-punched non-woven materials.As the decorative layer of interior trimmings,hemp,polyester,and hot-melt fibers are used as raw materials to process hemp on non-woven needle punching process and hot rolling process line.Then it is subjected to functional finishing such as flame retardant,water repellent and oil repellent,and developed three anti-hemp/polyester needle-punched nonwoven materials;the intermediate layer and the upper and lower layers are bonded by a pressing process using a TPU hot melt adhesive film.This subject mainly studied the processing technology of PP/GF/Jute composite sheet,the influencing factors of the mechanical properties of hemp/polyester felt,the finishing technology of hemp/polyester felt and the press bonding of three-layer automotive interior composites.Process,come to:(1)The reasonable process flow of PP/GF/Jute fiber composite board is:fiber mixing?carding?lapping?acupuncture?drying?cold pressing?PP/GF/Jute fiber composite board.(2)The optimal process for PP/GF/Jute fiber composite sheet is:fiber ratio is 50:30:20,substrate needle punching density is 300 spines/cm~2,square meter weight is 1600g/m~2,drying temperature is 190°C,the drying time is 7min,the cold pressing time is 5min,and the cold press thickness is 3mm.(3)Under the condition of cold-presseing thickness and other conditions,the increase of the square meter of substrate weight has a significant effect on the improvement of the hardness of the sheet.In the case where the substrate weight and other conditions are the same,if the cold pressing thickness is too large or too small,the performance of the sheet will be lowered.(4)As a three-layer hemp/polyester acupuncture nonwoven material for the upper and lower layers of a three-layer structure composite sheet,the reasonable processing flow is:fiber blending?carding?paving netting?acupuncture?hot rolling?flame retarding and water repellent oil repellent treatment-three anti-hemp/polyester needle nonwovens.(5)The optimum process for three anti-hemp/poly acupuncture non-woven material is:the ratio of hemp/polyester/hot melt fiber is 50:35:15,the needling density is 360 spines/cm~2,and the weight of square meter is 250g/m~2.Hot rolling temperature is 170°C,hot rolling distance is 1.0mm,and hot rolling speed is 0.98 m/min.The flame retardant ATP,water and oil repellent fluoroacrylate were used to flame retard and water and oil repellent.The optimized process was:flame retardant concentration 3%,flame retardant finishing time 5min,water and oil repellent The concentration of the agent was 7%,and the water and oil repellent finishing time was 10 min.The sample has good flame retardant,water and oil repellency effects.(6)The PP/GF/Jute composite sheet and the three anti-hemp/cotton needle punched non-woven materials are ironed by TPU hot melt adhesive film.When the film thickness is constant,the higher the temperature,the better the adhesive performance.When the pressing time is fixed,the thicker the film thickness,the higher the pressing temperature is required.The optimal pressure bonding conditions are:TPU hot melt film thickness is 0.10mm,pressing temperature is 125°C,pressing time is 20s.(7)The use of PP,GF,jute,hemp,polyester and other fibers through the process of non-woven needle punching,hot baking,cold pressing,hot rolling,hot press bonding and other process can be produced good performance automotive interior panels.
