Gas fields in Sichuan are mostly sulfur-bearing gas fields,high-sulfur gas is natural gas purification difficulties.High sulfur high H2S content in the feed gas purification device,large amount of amine liquid circulation and purification process is complex,the characteristics of large public project consumption,high energy consumption.PG purification plant is a typical high-sulfur purification plant,there are problems such as insufficient optimization of operating parameters,insufficient utilization of waste heat,and inadequate insulation systems.In order to realize the energy-saving and high-efficiency operation of the PG purification plant,the energy analysis and energy-saving technologies of the PG purification plant are studied to reduce the energy consumption of the plant and to build a high-efficiency,low-cost natural gas purification plant.The results of this study have some guiding significance for the gas purification plant and the natural gas purification plant.This article investigates the on-site process and operating parameters of the PG natural gas purification plant,the energy types and energy units used in natural gas purification plant are analyzed.Through the establishment of energy indicators for process units and equipment,the energy used by each process unit can be calculated,and the overall energy consumption and equipment efficiency of each process unit and single-series device are calculated,and the energy use among them is found out,according to the on-site investigation,the problems of hydraulic turbine damage and heat loss of the thermal insulation system are found,the direction of energy conservation research for PG natural gas purification plants was detemined:optimization of key process parameters,recovery of exhaust gas incinerator waste heat,optimization of hydraulic turbine control valves,and upgrade of insulation systems.After analyzing the existing process software,ProMax is selected as the simulation software of PG natural gas purification plant process unit.Comparing the running parameters of the simulation and the actual operation parameters of the site,the existing problems in the field operation are discovered,the process parameters that may affect the process unit are analyzed through the factors that affect the energy consumption of the process unit,and the law of the influence of the influencing factors on the energy consumption of the process unit is found,combined the process requirement,to determine the desulfurization unit level 2 main absorber amine liquid circulation 160t/h-220t/h,amine liquid regeneration tower value range of the parameters such as temperature higher than 90?,through the establishment of an optimization model with the optimization goal as theminimum energy consumption,the optimization results were calculated,achieved goodenergy saving effect.Through the exhaust incinerator recycling the waste heat of exhaustgas,waste heat boiler process improvement in the flue gas inlet temperature 650 ?,the recovery of heat energy 1.68×104MJ.After the upgrade insulation power station system,reduces the heat loss of the power station valve insulation,heat annual savings of 3.73×108kJ.Based on the above,the energy saving reconstruction plan of PG purification plant was put forward,and the energy saving and consumption reduction work was completed without changing the process of natural gas purification plant,and good results have been achieved.
