With the development of the oil and gas industry,the phenomenon of annulus pressure in oil and gas wells has gradually increased,which has become an important issue affecting the safe production of oil and gas fields.At present,research on the annulus pressure problem focuses on the study of the annulus pressure mechanism,the anti-gas aeration process technology and the anti-gas slurry cement slurry system,which is limited to how to prevent the annulus pressure study.No research has been conducted on the management of the unencapsulated compression annulus.A domestic company has conducted research on the treatment technology of annulus sealing in annulus with pressure in the wellhead of an oil field in a foreign country(unpublished report),but with little success.This paper proposes a set of non-integral closed-loop empty belts based on the current domestic company method to improve and improve the pressure problems in the non-full seal annulus of non-integrated wells in the current oil and gas well production process.Pressurized wells for technical solutions.The control technology plan is to use the gravity traction method to enter the circulation pipe string that can be used for the injection and discharge of working fluid to a certain depth from the four-way opening at the wellhead of the annulus,and to use the recirculation pipe string and the corresponding construction equipment to complete the anti-recirculation annular drilling fluid and the annulus.Construction measures such as cleaning,injection of spacer fluid,cement slurry,etc.shall be performed to form a segment of cement stone slugs with high sealing performance at a certain depth in the wellhead,and the annular pressure shall be sealed under the cement stone slug,eliminating the pressure at the wellhead.problem.In the study of the paper,a gravity traction and drop-in method for the circulation hose was proposed for the narrow annulus of the well to be treated.The simulation of the pipe string into the experiment proved that the method of gravity traction and drop-in of the recirculation pipe string is feasible.The structural design of the related supporting components involved in the governance technology has also been carried out.In addition,according to the situation of the annulus overflow after the well was opened,two types of construction methods are given,namely the conventional construction method and the pressure construction method.Through the above studies,a comprehensive supporting technology for annulus seals with annular pressure in the wellhead suite is basically formed.
