With the characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and high bearing capacity,technical ceramics are widely used in machinery,energy,chemical,petroleum,automotive industry,aviation and other fields.However,technical ceramics are prone to have problems like phase transformation,residual strain,chipping,cracking,etc.during the processing.Therefore,the market needs high-precision,high-quality engineering ceramic processing methods.The paper mainly studies the micro-milling of ceramics,combined with mechanical micro-machining and electrochemical micro-machining to do some research on the milling process parameters.The main contents include:(1)Set up a test platform about electrochemical mechanical composite milling of ceramics,on which do some research about the experiment.(2)Study the effects of tool electrode depth,rotation speed and diameter on the flow field and erosion of the machining gap,and the influence of milling speed on the machining gap flow field.The results show that the tool electrode diameter is the most affected by the flow field of the machining gap,followed by the rotation speed and finally the machining depth.The machining depth has little effect on the flow field of the interstitial particles.The effective particles around the tool electrode are the most,and particle erosion the largest,when the rotation speed is between 15000 rpm and20000 rpm.(3)Carry out four sets of comparative tests to analyze the effects of four processing parameters(tool electrode feed speed,rotation speed,pulse voltage,Na OH electrolyte concentration)of machining roughness and groove width of electrolytic mechanical composite milling ceramics.The optimal parameters were determined as follows: duty cycle 100%,power supply voltage frequency 20 k Hz,pulse voltage 150 V,tool electrode speed 9000 rpm,tool electrode milling speed 1?m/s,and electrolyte concentration 0.03mol/L(Na OH).A compound method of electrochemical and mechanical process can make a groove of 0.7mm×1.4mm×0.3mm.Figure [182] Table [14] Reference [67]...
