The Refining Of Antarctic Krill Oil And The Study On Its Capsule Products

As a new industrial product,Antarctic krill oil is being widely studied.The main research aspects of this paper are as follows:First studied the Antarctic krill oil extraction method,divided into the organic solvent method is adopted to oil extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis and physical and chemical indicators as benchmark to compare the two methods of extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction,and selection of the oil extraction efficiency of the optimal set of refining technology was studied,the main methods of degumming,deacidifying,decoloring and fatty acid concentration,then the refined oil storage properties.The results showed that the optimum oil yield of Antarctic krill was obtained by using anhydrous ethanol as solvent,extraction temperature was 45 ℃ and extraction time was 1.5 h.The storage stability of Antarctic krill oil was good.Within 45 days,the relative content of EPA decreased from(17.53±0.68)% to(17.06±0.15)%,DHA from(8.82±0.17)% to(8.12±0.12)%,and PUFA from(32.47±0.45)% to(30.96±0.44)%.The storage stability of omega-3 PUFA in Antarctic krill oil is excellent,even at high temperatures of 40 ℃.Secondly,the removal process of harmful substances in Antarctic krill oil was studied,mainly focusing on defluorination and arsenic removal.The chemical-biological method was selected for the process of defluorination.The effect of static adsorption method on arsenic removal and the oil quality of Antarctic krill were studied.Five existing forms of arsenic in Antarctic krill oil were also studied.The dearsenation rate of adsorption method was85.26%-88.89%.Arsenic betaine is the main form of arsenic,accounting for 88.21% of the total arsenic.Finally,the preparation technology of Antarctic krill oil capsules was studied.With the spray drying method of the Antarctic krill oil microcapsules,and the glycerin monostearate1.5%,core wall mass ratio of 1:3,solids content 25%,whey powder,modified starch,maltodextrin = 2:1:3 is 30 Mpa with homogeneous pressure,under the condition of inlet air temperature of 170 ℃,the outlet temperature of 95 ℃,the feed rate of 15 mL/min preparation of Antarctic krill oil microcapsule has good stability.
