With the development of the economy,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In the production and operation process of the enterprise,the procurement business is very important.Purchasing is a very important part of supply chain management.According to statistics,manufacturing companies must use at least half of sales to purchase raw materials and parts.In Chinese industrial enterprises,the procurement cost of various materials is even more.Up to 70% of the company's cost of sales.Through reasonable and effective procurement internal control,product quality can be guaranteed and the procurement cost of the enterprise can be properly compressed,thereby achieving the effect of increasing the operating profit of the enterprise and enhancing the value of the enterprise.As a basic industry and an important pillar industry of the national economy,the steel industry has a high degree of industrial relevance and is highly correlated with macroeconomic operations.In recent years,the steel industry has intensified the structural reform of the supply side and continuously strengthened the work of de-capacity.Purchasing is the beginning of production and operation of enterprises.Steel companies want to do a good job in de-capacity work,and need to strengthen their attention to procurement activities.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the internal control of procurement in the steel industry.Y Steel Company has a huge demand for raw materials or auxiliary materials such as ferrous metals,ore fuels,and high quality requirements.Therefore,this paper takes Y Steel Company as an example to conduct in-depth research on the internal control of its procurement business.The author first consulted the relevant literature on internal control,and then studied the basic situation and internal control management system of Y Steel.Through the combing and classification of Y Steel's procurement management process,understand the current situation of Y Steel's procurement management.Through further research and analysis of the company's internal and external data,and to find relevant personnel,it is concluded that Y company's procurement internal control is more detailed and standardized,and has certain reference value.On this basis,this paper systematically analyzes and refines the experience of Y company's procurement internal control,and finds its rooted advantages,namely,establish an internal control environment that is consistent with the company's management model,promoting internal control refinement,strengthening procurement internal control informationization construction,Establish a sound supplier management system,design acceptance criteria combined with quantitative and quantitative.Through the summary and sharing of Y company's procurement internal control experience,I hope to help other steel companies optimize internal control and reduce the operational risk of the procurement business.The innovation of this paper is that this paper combines the particularity of procurement activities in the steel industry to study the internal control of Y company's procurement business.This article mainly studies the internal and external materials of Y company and the way of communication with relevant personnel of the company.The situation may not be sufficient.This is the shortcoming of this paper.
