| As a kind of common supercapacitor electrode material,polyaniline(PANT)have many advantages such as high specific capacitance,low cost to prepare and easy preparing process and so on.But the biggest drawback of PANI is also very obvious,which is poor cyclic stability.Based this background,the three main works in this paper are listed as below:(1)PANI powder was prepared by three different doping acid with different concentration which were common in laboratory and subsequently was used to study its electrochemical performance and try to find a method to fabricate PANI powder with best electrochemical performance.(2)After using different doping ratio of MnO2 and rGO(reduced Graphene Oxide)to fabricate PANI/MnO2 and PANI/rGO composites,we study and compare the electrochemical property of these two composites in detail.(3)To enlarge the application of the PANI and use PANI on the preparing of the hydrogel supercapacitor,we used PANI prepared by different aniline concentration to embed into hydrogeland subsequently to form a PANI-hydrogel electrode.By adding two PANI electrodes prepared by electrochemical method onto the PANI-hydrogel,a new hydrogel supercapacitor system can be formed.Then we measure its electrochemical performance,the results of electrochemical tests were analyzed.The research results are as below:(1)The morphology of PAM is most uniformand have the best electrocherrucal performance when doped with 1.5mol/L H2SO4.When the current density is 0.5A/g,the specific capacitance reach to 321F/g calculated by GCD(galvanostatic charge-discharge)curve.(2)Using different doping ratio of MnO2 and rGO to dope PANI and 1.5mol/L H2SO4 as the doping acid,PANl/MnO2 and PANI/rGO composites were fabricated.And we used PANl/MnO2 and PANI/rGO composites to carry out the electrochemistry tests.The electrochemistry tests result shows that the PANI/MnO2 composites have the best specific capacitance when the mole doping ratio of MnO2 and aniline is 1:4,and PANI/rGO composites have best specific capacitance when the moore doping ratio of rGO and aniline is 1:7.In addition,the cycle stability for 1000 cycles of PANI and its two composites was carried out,the result suggest the specific capacitance of these two composites can keep to more than 80%comparing to its initial value,which far more than the cycle stability performance of pure PANI(43.5%).(3)The hydrogel and PANI can be doped together to form an electrode.After adding two electrcxle films prepared by electrochemical method,the PANI-hydrogel show the performance that its specific capacitance can reach to 835 mF/cm2.And the mechanical tests suggest that the hydrogel can stretch to 4 times than its initial value,suggesting the hydrogel not only have good mechanical performance,but also have desired capacitance performance,which enlarge the application of PANI. |
